Terrible experience booking with them duplicate charged my card and denied it now have to dispute with bank. Expedia customer service above and beyond but were unable to work with them either.

There was a phallic silicone object in my room which resulted in my switching of rooms, breakfast was mid with only cereal and pastries so I ate out to get a filling meal. The service was pretty good and were accommodating.

The night check-in lady was very accommodating. On another note, the morning lady was a Rude Indian front desk inhumane tyrant. The time moved up an hour and we thought we had an extra hour to decide on extending. She called the room mad acting like we were squatters. I was away from the room and told her in good faith. I could give her the card over the phone or book an extension with Expedia pending my return to the room. She was Unreasonable and combative while I was trying to extend the reservation. She gave my disabled guest in the room 5 minutes to leave or pay in cash while the original reservation was booked and paid through Expedia She didn't want to extend through expedia and was so nasty and rude I didnt push the issue and booked a new room at a different location. So I decided to return the nastiness and cuss her out. That was a weird and uncustomer service-friendly experience from a supposed hospitality business. She must be the owner because surely an employee would not be that rude. I dont recommend anyone stay here! Good luck if you have to interact with this insensitive, argumentative cold cold-blooded poor excuse for a human being.

Just a worn down motel charging $$$
Water heater was being worked on and were not advised of this, sadly husband took a COLD shower at 11am in the morning. Their On the Go Buffet is a JOKE. They serve the tiny/mini cinnamon rolls, Wonder bread for toast, Frozen waffles - that are thawed and old fruit. Oh yeah and Oatmeal packets. The juice machine they have is STILL broken after 2 1/2 years. We have stayed here before. They put 'some milk' in a pitcher in a mini frig and that is always OUT. If you ask for some, the front desk guy seems super irritated and you have to wait until he gets off his phone call about 10 min later. Nice! The lobby is so filthy, the walls are gross, carpet even worse, rooms smell moldy. I see they have done 'some' fixing of the rooms, but its like just another coat of paint to cover up the yuck. The outside of motel is in such bad condition, what a shame, it could really be a cute place if the owners would just put some $ into it and keep the druggy losers from the Super 8 motel away!

Lo que me gustó fue la cercanía del lugar donde asistí a una fiesta. Lo que noe gusto fue el precio $163.80 por una noche ya que el hotel está sucio desde la carpeta en los pasillos ,el toilet se movía ,las líneas blancas de la loceta del baño estaban sucias,las llaves del lavamanos también necesitan limpieza y lo peor ya que me Hiba me di cuenta que el cubre colchón estaba manchado,las cortinas de las ventanas estában sucias,definitivamente necesitan invertir más en limpieza .

Everything was very good except breakfast. I wish you had better offers as my husband is a diabetic and needs more protein in his food. There was none. A offering of eggs and bacon/sausage would have been helpful. We would have paid extra for it too but it was not even offered

Great location
We stay here every time we visit our kids. There are only 2 hotels in Canyon Country and this one is the best, clean and basic no frills and incredible price. The location is perfect. We will be back

The Caucasian young lady who checked us in was very nice. We had asked for a quiet room away from the ice machine, and our room was right next to a very noisy ice machine that we could hear with the door shut. The young lady found another room for us, but when the water was turned on in the room above, the sound was incredibly loud. She found us a room on the top floor, and that worked. No ice machine and nobody above us. The owner or manager with an Indian name was RUDE. My husband went to the dining area with a book, and he ate breakfast and read until I woke up and went down to eat. He was the only person seated in the dining area, so he wasn't taking up room for other customers, and the woman told him that his wife was awake and he should go back to the room. He told her that he knew my sleeping habits better than she did. There was absolutely no reason to ask him to leave. I came down later and she asked if he was my husband. I said yes, and that he was letting me sleep. I didn't hear what she had said to him until we were both back in the room. I took pictures of the dining area, and she demanded to know why I was taking pictures. I said that they were for the review. She was not happy about that. We had never had an experience like that in a hotel and we are in our late 60s. The condition of the room was bad. I took pictures to post.

Good to sleep over a night. I think the carpets need to be steamed cleaned and mattress was uncomfortable…It either needs to be replaced or flipped. there was a sunken side to the bed. Staff was extremely kind.

When we arrived hotel took payment right away for my 2 night stay. For my stay first thing i observed was the carpet was old and dirty. The room i stayed in had a smell of either cigarettes/ mold which made my family feel like if we were sick. They didn't have enough blankets to spare only 1 for a family of 4. The room felt humid and had a water stain on the ceiling. At night we noticed there were roaches roaming around the sink/microwave. It was a nightmare and we will never stay there again.. they were one of the cheapest hotels nearby for our vacation plans and even then it was pricey for only 2 nights.
