Warm Room & Terrible Night Reception

I had stayed for three days and two nights and here are my observations: The room needs renovation ( bath tub needs to be replaced as well as tiles). Beds needs to be replaced and bed cover needs to be washed as it seems that it hasn't been washed long. I think that the room was not really well prepared prior to check in- they did not empty washroom garbage, the sheets just seem to have been tidied up and not replaced. The towel rack was not fully replenished. I had called front desk around 6pm on my first day and complained about the warm aircon, he said that he will try his best to send someone as no maintenance was already available. The following day, I had to call them again in the afternoon to check if they had send someone to check on the problem as it's still warm. The frontdesk staff said that I should have called them in the morning to report again the problem and he again said he will send someone but still no one check on it. I guess they should be customer oriented and should attend to the needs of their customers and ensure satisfaction.

Pretty nasty.

The room was a turn off. Did not use the bed sheets. It felt like something was crawling and felt itchy. Did not want to touch anything in the room. Has a bad smell. We slept no blankets which I prefer than using their who knows what's underneath the sheets.

The hotel staff were nice at least to us...Old run down hotel but the breakfast was really good We paid really low value definitely got what we paid for

Horrible experience

Pool was not working, TV was broken in room, roaches in the bathroom and the front desk clerk told me to deal with it or he would move me to another room. They kept $15.00 refund charge and offered no help to remedy situation. Worst experience ever,.. I travel allot and this was a bad experience.

The hotel room sliding door did not seal all of the way. Notify staff but did not seem that concern. Also at 300 pm had to ask for the room to be clean. Breakfast was ok staff there was helpful.

WORST PLACE EVER

Run Down and Nasty We arrived the first room floor was dirty and smelled nasty. The sliding glass door didn't lock or closed and the room was on the first floor. Safety is an issue. Then they moved our room to the second floor. That rooms door did close and lock to the patio, room smelled better and looked cleaner but the adjacent room door didn't closed. When I spoke with the front desk they stated they will call (@ 2am) to the other room and will ask them not to go to our room. Maintance ended up coming but just used old door nob pieces to srew into the door to prevent form opening and closing. We will NEVER EVER go there again AND WILL NEVER RECOMMAND THIS PLACE
