convenient location, but the service disappointingPosted Aug 7, 2014
Cons: Customer Service.
Location: Near by movie Cineplex. restaurants cross the street within walking distance.
Stayed here for a wedding we were invited to. Had requested a room with two beds, end up with king. the staff didn't seem concerned to even attempt to accommodate us. They simply had a indifference attitude. Room was clean. very small pool for such large hotel. Food is not good. Location is good. PF chang /mall across the street. Unless you have to stay in the vicinity, avoid this hotel.

.I'm sorry for the unfortunate event with the parking, although we are a big hotel; we focus on providing personal service at all times. I'm glade we met your cleanliness standards.

Great hotel! Convenient and comfortablePosted May 27, 2014
My husband and I just got married in the San Fernando Valley, so we decided to stay at this hotel since it was convenient. Quite a few of our guests from out of town stayed here as well and we all had a great experience! The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice, the 2 pools were beautiful and clean, and the outdoor bar was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great stayPosted May 25, 2014
Pros: Great staff, valet, front desk and restaurant. Nice ambiance, good pool and fitness facilities.
Location: Good restaurant and movie theatre across the street
Always enjoy this hotel. Nice ambiance, friendly staff, good food. The room I got this time was not as nice as other stays. It was noisy (above the pool and bar area). Some of the furniture was noticeably worn. However, still love this place....a good stay.

Friendly ,accommodating staffPosted May 22, 2014
Pros: Great service
Cons: Have coffee available for early risers
Location: Large mall across the street and plenty of restaurant choices nearby
Check in was fast. Staff went above and beyond in my request for a room on an upper floor and not located by the elevator or ice machines. Was assigned a room at the end of the corridor and it was very quiet. The next morning I was up at 5am and the restaurant and Starbucks were closed. One of the kitchen staff saw me in the lobby and offered to make a pot of coffee so I could have a cup. Outstanding service

They try hard but...Posted May 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
My daughter loved having a Starbucks in the lobby. The staff was overly helpful and courteous. From all appearances this hotel tries hard. That said, I wouldn't stay here again. The double-beds were firm with relatively new linens/pillows but took up too much of the room. Even with only 2 people in the room it felt very cramped. The "table" was way too small for two people to share a meal. No fridge in the room so I had to maintain ice in our cooler to keep our perishables. I believe you can request a room with a fridge but I kind of expected one. They also charge for Wi-Fi which seems silly these days. Lastly, they charge for overnight parking despite an abundance of available space, it isn't cheap, and you have a decent walk from the structure (on site) to the lobby. We did not eat in the hotel. All-in-all was okay but there are much better options.

Things to considerPosted May 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is beautiful. Gym is superb with both indoor & outdoor pool. Food was excellent. Be aware: this "Warner Center" hotel is pretty far from Warner studios. It took me 45 minutes to get to the hotel from the Studios at 6 pm and it's about 20-25 minutes most times. If you're planning on going to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, it could take an hour or more. I wouldn't stay there again unless I was visiting fiends or companies in the immediate area. They charge a lot for wifi while most hotels I've stayed in have free wifi. Parking is expensive, too. I had several problems with room service and maid service that resulted in having to call the manager to get small things resolved. Just things to know before you decide. Hotels.com had an excellent rate when I booked.
