Pros: everything
Cons: bagels at starbucks
Location: close to everything.. mall right across the st . movies shops rest etc
From the moment of arrival everything was positive.. everyone so nice and so helpful!! the Bar!!! love the bar and the service.... those bartender made my night so entertaining and so professional.. I will keep coming back here!! love the table with the TV in the lobby def a 5 star.

Location: 20 minutes down Topanga Canyon to the ocean. 30-45 minutes to Universal Studios (though its only about 15 miles away - LA traffic you know).
Check in was quick and easy. Staffer was friendly and efficient. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Hotel is centrally located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, movies and a park.

Really nice hotel

The hotel was very nice. The only issue was the view from our room was the roof top. My daughter stayed in another room with her baby and the noise from karaoke down below was distracting. Otherwise the hotel was very attractive and rooms were comfortable.

Pros: The staff was very hospitable.
Location: Few restaurant choices near by unless you are familiar with the area.
No coffee pot in the room. Lots of noise in the hallway during the evening. Additionally there was no ice bucket in the room, yet an ice machine was very close to the elevator. I was also surprised and disappointed there was not a full service restaurant for an evening meal. The did serve food in the open bar area, yet awkward seating for a dinner. No free WiFi either. Many other hotels offer services at no additional charge.

Noisy Hotel

This was the noisest hotel we've ever stayed in. Kids running up and down the halls, dogs barking all night. Not sure why we were able to hear everything but it sounded like it was all happening right in our room with us.

Bath room sucks and they charge for everything

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Install exhaust fans and AC ducts in all of your bath rooms. You need to offer continental breakfast. Don't be so cheap.
Location: No issue.
Bath room do not have exhaust fan and no AC ducts. So going to the bath room and showering, very uncomfortable especially for the next person. No continental breakfast, they offered $15 per person breakfast. No free parking. Self parking is $17 per night and you had too walk and walk to your car. All and all, I wasted my money so don't waste yours.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Was told my room had 1 king sized bed. They transferred me to a room with 2 double beds which were a bit small unfortunately. Clean and tidy. Didn't like being charged $17 for parking.
