Beware of rodents
It was beyond horrible. First, the pillows were so flat they were almost non existant. Second, all the "white" linens were not quite white and had stains. Third, and the deal breaker... we had just turned off the light and we heard noise, we first assumed it was the heater air moving the plastic bags on the table. We looked, nothing, we heart it again and YES... it was mice!!!!! We saw it, it ate through a bag of chips and left dropping on the table. We told the attendant and she just said," oh no sorry."

Lobby had strange smell when we arrived, perhaps Desi cooking . But staff was great with a quick check in. Very convenient close to 99 Highway. I recommend for overnight stay. Room was excellent.

BRING YOUR OWN EXTENSION CORD
This was our 3rd stay in the very same room. Our check took 15 minutes with a pre-paid in full reservation. The only clerk on duty was under-trained and English is not his primary language. Our room bedding, linen, and floor were clean. THERE IS NO DESK LAMP. This is because there is no wall outlet to plug it into. We travel with a10 ft extension cord for our laptop just because of the stupidity of this room's layout. The furniture is all beat up with the top layer of paint coming off. The desk chair upholstery is falling apart. THIS FURNITURE BELONGS IN THE DUMP. Hot water takes 6 full minutes to arrive at this room. We have told the owners about this on every stay. They have done nothing to fix it. The bath tub is so slippery that using it is extremely hazardous. THERE ARE NO GRAB BARS TO HELP KEEP YOUR BALANCE. Do your self a favor, find another hotel to stay at.

I'm 88 years old. I woke up with bites on the back of my legs and my back. The person behind the desk said they had an exterminator come twice a month. Either the exterminator is incompetent or twice a month is not often enough.

The room did not feel sanitary after finding hair in the tub and wash cloths. The tub wasn’t properly draining so we had to shower in ankle deep water. The lady in the front lied to us about getting a refund, and still haven’t reached out to correct it. Terrible place and terrible customer service I’ll never stay at that place again.

Nice location and not hard to find. I called for extra towels but no one showed up with them and had to awaken staff early in morning to get them and was not my fault as didn't receive them the night before but they were very cooperative and got them for us.

The stay was awful. The temperature was 100 degrees, so we planned on swimming. The pool was closed. The refrigerator didnt work, the room was not clean.

Property is under renovation. Expect to pay 20 dollars more per day per dog or cat that you bring. There was no place to walk a dog without stickers and dirt. This should not be called a dog friendly resort.
