Okay....Posted May 3, 2015
It was an ok hotel.... Stayed for only one night while traveling through CA. The staff at the front desk was super friendly. I guess it's just a small locally owned hotel, with cheap rates.

One of the best for same price range.Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: comfort to price ratio.
Cons: Will comment later
Location: This place is almost at the center of the town so everything is pretty accessible.
Very courteous staff. Hotel was clean. For sub $50 this was great place

Too far off the I5Posted Mar 28, 2015
Tried this property due to the great price. The "Inns and Suites" monicker provides a bit of deceit as the property is a simple roadside motel. The general state of the motel was not great. The exterior and roofing require updating. The living space of the room was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit off-putting due to a constant faucet leak leaving a stain on the tub wall. We were given a quiet room at the back of the motel, which was nice I suppose. But, the WiFi signal was not adequate and we could not reliably log onto the internet without exiting the room and going to our vehicle. There weren't enough plug ins for all our devices and electric cooler. I will give top marks for friendliness of the staff (owner, I think) who checked me in. But, next time traveling the I5, I'd probably spend a bit more and try a property in Santa Nella, which is right off the I5 in the same area. The Maple Inn requires a seven mile sojourn off the I5 into Los Banos. Honestly, it's a bit surprising this property is featured in Expedia's listings. I would likely not book at this property again in the future.
