Pros: The location was fine.
Cons: Buy some new towels and dry the carpet.
Location: The location was fine.
We stayed here for a night. We didn't know that the carpet was so wet until we took off our shoes. We went to the reception and the lady told us that they had some carpet cleaned. Why didn't they dry off the carpet or give us a different room in the first place? The hotel was pretty empty. The bathtub was pretty old looking and it had stains on it. The towels were worn and one had a big hole at the bottom. We felt the room was over price.

The hotel carpet needed replacing. The air conditioner stopped working half way through the night. The old jetted bathtub/shower needed replacing. The place needs updating badly! The staff were great. Friendly and very helpful. Wouldn't keep this on hotels.com

Pros: The quick service by the male Front Desk Employee; he was very friendly.
Cons: Too much to say here.
The ONLY good thing about our stay was the male Front Desk Employee, he was exceptional.

Okay for the rate

Overall an okay place to stay. Less expensive than the places directly on the freeway and the staff was nice enough. I wish they would have had a baby crib available. The a/c unit couldn't cool the room however and it was not really hot outside. We opened the door for a period of time at night to let the night air in. I don't know how it would keep up in the summer.
