The office was under construction, there was no listings for the hotel in the directory. The hotel was hard to locate as it sits way back off the road, The rooms were very nasty, stunk of bug spray, spots on the walls and yes I saw a bed bug behind the headboard. I called to cancel and they still charged me for 2 days and refunded the other 5 days. REALLY! Pay the extra money for health reasons!

VERY poor conditions.

I was one of VERY few guests and yet, the service was almost non-existent! The shower faucets did not work, there was no telephone directory and no towels! The ice machine was out of order and the pool was totally empty! I had to go to the front desk to request the towels and phone directory and the door was locked every time I went there, so i had to pound on the door to get someone to come to the desk. When I returned to my room with the phone directory, I discovered the phone was not hooked up! And there were only 7 guests' cars in the parking lot so there certainly was no one there "keeping them busy"!

Pass on Pacheco Pass Inn

The accomodations weren't horrible, but make this the last ditch effort to find lodging. Internet service is non-existent, rooms were fairly clean. The carpet however, has never been cleaned. Housekeeping will come to your door two hours before check out time telling you that you have to leave and they will unlock the door and come in. So keep the extra privacy lock secured.

they did not give us the room we book, the air conditioning did not work and ther was dead bugs on the floor. we complained and they moved us to another room withh double beds again. at least this one was non smoking. the second room was not very clean and ther was no towels oclean cups.we will not stay ther again.
