we had a terrible experience there and would not recommend using this hotel/condo again. We left on the second day. It was like being in a scary movie left in a deserted house to die. we had no telephone in our house and we did have cell phones but we werent able to get a signal since we were in the hills. So anything could have happen and there was no one there but the 1 guy sitting at the gate, that didnt speak any english. The communication channels were not there and for this to have been our first time in a foreign country , it was a terrible experience and we felt very unsafe.

Dear Guest, we feel awful about your last stay with us. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced at Cabo Viejo. Since October 2014 we are a new management with new and improved facilities; we have access to Pedregal private beach as well as the Spa and Tennis court, every Villa has Wi-Fi and telephone line and our staff is bilingual. We pursuit that every guest has an amazing and pleasant stay with us during their trip. Hopefully you’ll let us try again in your next visit to Cabo.
