Pros: Location, Adrian and Enrique service on the beach
Cons: Service around the pool, clean the pools and hot tubs on the balcony more often.
This was our third visit to Cabo and the first with our adult children. The location for action and activities is perfect you really can't beat being so close to the beach and marina and all it has to offer. Our room was an Executive 2 bed suite in the Bay View building which was on the 4th floor just high enough for a fantastic view of lovers beach and surrounding area. I would have been unhappy if it was any lower for the $$ we spent. The balcony was directly above Edith's restaurant (yum!) but when they start the grill in the afternoon the smell was overwhelming at times which kept us off it when we wanted to relax after a long day in the sun. The staff was pleasant around the hotel but was only attentive to the owners while sitting around the pools, we actually had to grab them to get anything like drinks or food, which we gave up on because it was easier just getting it ourselves. The opposite is said for the guys on the beach if you were lucky enough to get chairs, good thing I'm up early and dragged our towels down to reserve a spot. Adrian and Enrique did a fantastic job keeping our drinks cold and full, thank you guys! I don't think I would stay here again, the Casa Dorada next door was a better experience last October.

Worst stay in CaboPosted May 20, 2014
We have been coming to Cabo for 20 years and this was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We were put in the basement which looked at a wall with a broken electrical box. We're supposed to have a king bed got a queen toilet was broken, shower was broken. Called to change rooms was told they were full. The next morning I went to complain while they were starting their time share presentation. It wasn't until then that they tried to be responsive. All of a sudden they had another room. It was so bad we left our paid for room and moved up the beach to the Pueblo Bonita Los Cabos. We did not get a refund. I was told the manager would contact us and offer us a free future stay. Have heard nothing. Do not stay at this hotel.

STEPS AWAY FROM ALL OF THE HAPPENING PLACES...Posted May 8, 2014
We were literally right next door to all the fun places on the beach... couldn't ask for a better location!

Perfect LocationPosted May 6, 2014
Pros: The rooms are clean and comfortable
Cons: More water pressure in the shower heads
Location: The marina is within walking distance. Cabo Wabo is about a 15 minute walk.
Walk everywhere there is to go in Cabo. No need to hire a cab during the entire stay. Also, the kitchenette allows travelers to shop for groceries and blend your own margaritas to enjoy on the most happening beach in Cabo

Good locationPosted Apr 29, 2014
The staff for the most part was nice. Upon check-in we had to present a credit card for a $300 hold for damages. Which wasn't a problem, however we should've been notified of this when we booked. Has different restaurants to eat on the resort. The food isn't good but it's convenient. The proximity to the beach and downtown is perfect! The room was nice, spacious and we had a great view of one of the pools and the ocean. I probably wouldn't stay here again. Getting a taxi to leave for the airport was hectic and very unorganized.

Relaxing and quietPosted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: Quiet (no loud music blasting), large room and good location (near Edith's and The Office).
We opted for an executive suite through Expedia, and were very happy. I feel like we maybe got lucky because we had a HUGE room with an amazing view of the pool and ocean. I wouldn't expect to get such a great room location every time, but who knows? The room had to be over 1000 square feet. Enjoyed having a kitchen for quick breakfast so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Had a blast!

Mostly great...Posted Apr 22, 2014
Cons: Front desk check in service and organization. Remove the $300 hold on my credit card, I've never heard of such a thing.
We drove our own car into town, and the place is not easy to find. We ended up walking in through a side entrance, which happens to be on the main street. The easier to use, main entrance is on a side street towards the beach. The front desk team seemed disorganized, and almost unwilling to help. It took forever to check in, and I had to approve a $300 damage hold on my credit card (seriously?). Everyone else, from bellboys to wait staff to cleaning crew were amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was great, very well-appointed and clean.

Great location, staff, and roomPosted Mar 22, 2014
I went to Cabo for my college spring break. My room had an amazing view. I could see the arch and a sliver of the Pacific Ocean from my balcony. The staff was great too! Especially the bartender Francisco. It was great to have a staff that was so nice to college kids. I also loved the location. The main bars like squid roe and happy endings were only a short walk away saving us money on taxis. Also being next to mango deck was great for daytime fun. Lastly I would recommend doing the beverage package you easily get your money's worth.
