Had a pleasant stay. The contact phone number provided by Expedia did not work. It was nice that Expedia reached out by email and gave us the email and updated number. Carpet was dirty, not what you expect from such a nice condo. The resort itself presented it self very well, with nice pools and nice restaurants.

The initial condo was smoking with a strong smell of smoke. But they graciously moved us to another condo next door that was non smoking. The property is very comfortable with multiple bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen, easy parking and access to hotel restaurants. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar Condos - it was beautiful and clean and had beautiful views. However, to be completely transparent. It was not a great spot for someone traveling with young kids. The condo decor was not ideal for children and there were not many kid friendly options without taking a taxi for food. The ocean was not swimmable, and when we were at the pool, upon talking to condo owners, they seemed upset that we had rented a condo for just one night... All of that said, the property management went above and beyond to help us on our stay. Overall it was a good experience. I just wish we had realized it was not an awesome fit for our family - maybe in the future for just my husband and I.

What a beautiful, quiet oasis! Multiple pools, restaurants, and gorgeous green spaces made it gorgeous, relaxing and convenient. It wasn’t crowded or noisy. We loved it!

Location, location ; the VIEW 360 degrees from the rooftop “ spectacular “ from our room 190 view of the marina and town. Owner responds very quickly for questions, employees very friendly, complex is amazing, we’ll be back.

Condo was very nice clean , big and had great views. The location has many advantages. It was quite location , not many people , nice pools and great view. The ocean was not swim-able but you can take nice walks. The mail issue was lack of restaurants. There are only 2 restaurants near by that belong to resort and both are extremely overpriced and horrible food. I would be ok if the prices are high if the food is great but it was terrible, bad quality not taste at all. Like paying $100 for Macdonald burger. So you have to take taxi to get to restaurants which is about $70-$100 both ways . It will add up quick. We end up going to grocery store and cook ourselves which on vacation is not that fun . Overall it was good experience but we will not return

Not very well stocked with dishes, etc in the kitchen. Drains drain slowly. Minimal privacy with sun shades providing minimal protection at night. On the plus side, great location with good views. Very good housekeeping and manager is very responsive. Other condos on this property might be better.

Cozy and gorgeous facility
The condo is in great shape, clean and cozy everything you need. The facilities are gorgeous. The pool and spa are clean the spa and the fire pit are comfortable. The ocean is right across the way can’t ask for more. Will definitely come back. Staff is very nice.

Casa del Mar Condo was perfectly located. In a highly secure and quiet area. If you're looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of Cabo San Lucas, then this is the place to stay. The beach is beautiful, however, the surf was quite rough and not the best beach to swim in unless you're an exceptional swimmer. However, there is a big pool that makes up for that.

Beautiful place right at the beach, pools and beach furniture are great. The condo was very nicely and comfortable deaigned, almost everything you need. Only thing missing is a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella, given that you can't swim in that beach being the sea waves so strong, some beach gear to take to another swimmable beach (there are plenty nearby) would have made this place absolutely perfect. We had a very happy stay.

Overall the condo was spectacular - amazing location, quiet and beautiful. The only issue we had was check in- I had to make 10 calls to VRBO and we still did not receive check in info until we LANDED in Mexico. So ..we had no idea if we actually had a place to stay or not when they are usually supposed to send check in info 3 days before. Was very stressful and nerve wracking.

WONDERFUL 5 stars!!!
It was so wonderful and relaxing! Best kept secert in San Jose. The host was so helpful and emailed us back right away with answers to our questions. Our 3 year old son had a boat in the pool. Other guests and residents were all super nice. We will be back! Loved every minute. The views were incredible too!!

This was a beautiful property. Excellent parking, incredible location and you get a lot more for your money. Diana was exceptional with the check in process. She even recommended restaurants and went above and beyond by answering my text messages for a location to get Covid tested on a Sunday.

This condo was beautiful, but the grounds were stunning! I couldn’t believe I was lucky enough to stay there. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The balcony? A table for two, a grill, and a lounge chair overlooking one of the most amazing beaches I’ve ever seen. This remote spot was perfect for my solo journey and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I want to buy Casa Del Mar!!

I love this hotel. It had a good restaurant, a great view, plenty of space, a pool bar. Everything was tidy and clean. The sound of the ocean was magnificent.

The beach here is dangerous, overpriced property
The property is in a “quiet” area, overall it was fine. But I didn’t like the fact that the sea view drives the prices up, yet you’re unable to go to the beach because the sea it’s too rough. One night I saw a massive roach in the bathroom. The parking does have parking (if you’re planning on staying there you’d better hire a car). Overall it was ok but I think the property is overpriced (120 dollars a night for a beach where you can’t really swim or surf) It would be ok if it wasn’t so overpriced, but then again all of Baja California is overpriced. The apartment does not have a washing machine.

The condo at “ Casa Del Mar” that we stayed in was great! Spacious for a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. There are a few pools near the condo that your able to access and that really no one is in it. You have it all to yourself. It’s nice and quiet! The property manager was efficient and she made it smooth to check in! Thank you! Until next year Cabo
