Good hotel, great staffPosted Mar 10, 2014
Nice location that was very secluded. Easy enough to get to the marina or downtown Cabo if you wanted. It was about a ten minute ride that was $20. There were also hourly shuttles that were $10 round trip. Very nice pools and outstanding staff. We were all inclusive and had great meals, great selection of alcohol, and 24 hour room service. Very relaxing hotel. Not the place to party unless you bring your own group.

Excellent hotelPosted Mar 10, 2014
Excellent hotel, architecture and grounds were fabulous and very well kept. Variety of restuarants on site exceeded our expectations. I would return again and would recommend this hotel.

We loved itPosted Mar 10, 2014
We just stayed there first week of March 2014- we loved it. The food was great and we had so many choices. The pool and beach area was beautiful and easily accessible. Great for families. The birds are a bit annoying in the pool area but the staff do a great job of keeping them away. I recommend that you do not eat the fries by the pool. Definitely try to stay on floor 3 or higher- if you have ocean view because the views are better.

Nice Hotel but it is missing some stuff.Posted Mar 9, 2014
Location: It was so far from airport and so far from downtown.
There is no beach for swimming or walking. There is no night activities if compared to many other resorts; like theaters, dancing, music bands... Room cleaning was very good. Most of employees and restaurants waiters are excellent except few that gave some unprofessional comments when we asked for specific items. There were no varieties in restaurants if compared to other resorts. Food is almost the same everyday in some of them.

super nice hotelPosted Mar 7, 2014
Pros: outstanding service and food.
Cons: for us nothing
Location: I golf, so all the courses near the hotel> right next to the beach.
Their 5 restaurants all excellent food and service.

Beautifully kept groundsPosted Mar 7, 2014
Pros: We liked this hotel because it was so quiet. Definitely not a hotel for young twenty something's looking to party.
Cons: The room needed TLC but we didn't go there to sit in the room.
Location: Very rocky shore, however you can snorkel at own risk.
My husband and I were looking for a relaxing vacation and that's exactly what we got. Enjoyed walking along the rocky shore of the beach and lazy days by the pool. Breakfast offered many choices from very healthy to major pig out session if that's what you wanted that day.Kudos to Pablo by the pool...we tipped well and we're taken care of everyday. Fish tacos, veggie sticks, and salsa and guacamole were great. Don't miss Mexican night...the pork tacos were delicious!

Pleasantly suprisedPosted Mar 6, 2014
First time at a all inclusive. Thought they might scrimp on food and liquor quality. Not so. Top shelf liquor and well done cuisine. Friendly staff and not everybody with their hand out for a tip. Beautiful facility and great golf location. Will go back again.

Private, family friendly, romantic. All in one!Posted Mar 6, 2014
Restaurants: Not the typical quality sacrifice when it comes to all inclusive hotels. The quality and ambiance was definitelythere. Service is wonderful, especially Ricardo in El Mexicano restaurant. The menu is diverse and tries to cater to every palette. Great food quality and service for the price of all inclusive. They carry the typical liquors you'd order at a nice Chicago lounge/bar/club. Staff: The staff is really genuine and hospitable. Our waiter went above and beyond to ensure that we got the most out of pur trip. The staff really pushes for you to have a gpod time, it's hard not to. They made this such a memorable and probably the best trip I've had yet! They cater to you on the beach as well. Room service is siperb! You request something and they're there immediately. They even have an onsite PA and medic for emergency or non emergency medical issues. Very close to a known hospital. Beach: absolutely gorgeous. Pristine. Quiet. Relaxing. The resorts beach is blocked off by moutainous rocks giving you the feel of a private beach where outsiders can't just "wander" onto there. Activities: they strive to have activities to fit every age group but may be lacking in this dept. They hold volleyball tournaments in the pool and actually allow you to rent out flippers and snorkeling gear. (A plus!) Pools: extremely clean!! Swim up bar in the adult pool. Many jacuzzis with great overlooking views of the beach. Location: loved the exclusiveness of theresort

Great hotel right on the beach - excellent views!Posted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Great food, staff, pool and amenities.
Location: Cabo-Adventure tours-great company, Outdoor Zipline Adventure with Danny and his crew, Snorkel and Sea Adventure with Beth were both AWESOME!
AWESOME Hotel! Everything about our stay was outstanding, beyond expectation. We stayed for 4 nights and had a fabulous time. The food at all of the restaurants are fabulous! The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was incredible, especially watching the humpback whales breach! Drinks and food poolside was also great. The hotel was very clean and the staff and attention to detail was incredible. We hope to visit again, MANY more times. Muchas gracias Fiesta Americana!
