luxury peace and quietPosted Aug 23, 2014
This is our 2nd visit because we enjoyed our first one so much. Enjoyed our stay as much if not more The hotel pools are excellent....downstairs for lanes and roof top for spending the day.....but also have the beach club for ocean swimming, paddle boarding and again spending the day. They have introduced a new menu which was excellent...good mix of Mexican cuisine along side more regular fare

Awesome Hotel Away From CrowdsPosted Aug 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Everything was great!! Marco at the front desk and everyone else were so very nice and accomodating. The surrounding area was nice and most of it breathtaking. The Drunken Sailor and La Marina both had great food. The Container was good but lots of mosquitos! Take bug spray. Overall our stay was more than we imagined. Would definitely return.

Best Kept Secret in CaboPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The staff was very eager to please us. The hotel and amenities are beyond beautiful and very unique. Boat ride across the water to the beach was fun.
Cons: The food and bar service is a little slow. The waiter at Sunday brunch did not know that the brunch came with a bloody mary, mimosa or sparking wine.
Location: Great beaches, swimming and fun little places to eat in walking distance.
This was incredibly romantic and private. The water was really warm and the private El Ganzo Beach was relaxing and peaceful. I would recommend that you give this hidden gem a try. The pool on the roof is must do. No extra charge for the cabanas and chairs with is really nice.

Hotel with different flavorPosted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: It is different than other hotels we have stayed in Mexico.
Cons: No complains.
Location: El Ganzo is about 5 minutes from town by the port. It has a private beach. You can do water sports.
First time in Cabo San Jose. El Ganzo was everything we hoped it would be. It is not ordinary. We biked to the cactus and statue gardens nearby. Also went paddle boarding in the beach & the port & checked out the dolphins. We had a great time at the Tacos & Tequila Party they held in their beach. We cooled off in the rooftop pool & loved the view from up there. The food in the restaurants was excellent. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Perfect GetawayPosted May 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was by far the best hotel service I have ever received! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and the hotel location was truly paradise. I went for my romantic partner's birthday for 4 nights and 5 days. We enjoyed the privacy of the hotel's location away from San Jose del Cabo proper. The private beach, rooftop pool, and bikes to go around the Marina were our favorite activities, but cannot wait to go back!

Birthday weekendPosted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: please see above
Cons: room service menu - maybe some small bites and lighter fare
Loved this hotel. Wanted a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation - preferably no small children. This hotel delivered - the service, the cleanliness, the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, the art, the pool and beach, food and ambiance. Love the design and layout of the grounds. minimalist yet warm and inviting. Private beach a plus and food at the beach club so delicious. Transportation was readily available. The only slight drawback is the location, which, if you have dinner reservations every night in Cabo it's at least a 25 min drive out, if not longer, depending on the restaurant. But i would not have traded it for anything. Very happy that the hotel was not located on a "strip" of hotels along the coast as most of the others are in Cabo. It truly felt like a getaway. I would go back again on my next trip back. Keep it up!! Sincerely, A Very Happy Birthday Girl
