Comodidad y precios accesibles. El hotel es tranquilo, en el día puedes disfrutar de la alberca y en la noche descansar sin ruidos molestos.

Great expirience. The staff it's wonderful, they help you out in everything you need. Everything great, the room are big confortable and with the great kitchenette to be able to cook something if you want to :) the only thing I would suggest to fix it's the shower, good maybe for very tall people, otherwise it's hard to shower comfortable. But for anything else it's great and just few steps from all the crowd.

Good for a very short stay.

Needed a hotel for one night before moving into a condo so we choose this one based on price. It is not located in the nicer section of town but is within walking distance to the downtown area. The hotel was generally clean with what they had to work with as it was very dated. We didn't have hot water to shower in the AM and reported it to management. They said they would get right on it but we were on our way out anyway so don't know if it was ever fixed. They do have a small store for some basic things on property which was nice. We would probaly stay again if it was just a night or two.

Rooms are rustic and need updating. Beds are rock hard. Safe and good food in neighborhood. Location is good and I would do again to avoid spending $400 a night on the beach

Disapointing

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: The location was far from anything, just poor locals. We did not go out at night.
The hotel was in a bad area, about eight blocks from marina district and further from the beach. The room had bugs, no hot water, loud noises all night from machnical system?, and the breakfast was the same every day (French toast and mango). The staff spoke little English and we got a different towel count every day.

Pros: I enjoyed the courtyard area and the availability of the kitchenette.
Cons: A small microwave would have been appreciated
Location: This hotel is not really located in the highly tourist area but is on the fringe and a short walk will get you where ever you want to go.
Although it is about 6 blocks from the big mall and major action, it had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool, and even a kitchette. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I would stay there again if in the area.My room was clean and comfortable.

old and run down

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: the staff
The first room they gave us smelled strongly of mold when we walked in. In the closet we found pizza boxes with half eaten food still in them. They gave us a another room but this one also smelled moldy. The faucets in the bathroom were broken and there was no hot water for the shower. The staff was nice enough to help find us another hotel to stay at.

Handyman Special !!

Our first room, the air conditioner didn't work. They said they could move us the next day to another room and give us afree breakfast(Free breakfasts are already included) Moved new room next day and was much like the first room.Curtains veins in window in the back of room are broken so apt building behind can see in your room. The bathroom is same. Building maintenance is never addressed. All towels have frayed edges, our fan didn't work, light cover was missing, fridge didn't close properly, spoons in kitchenette looked like they had been used for cooking drugs, fork was bent, cabinets in kitchenette were falling apart, door on shower does not stay closed, water gets everywhere while trying to shower, you may or may not get a tea towel each day, black mold in bathroom and cupboards and airconditioner and the sink drips all day. All rooms are the same when comparing issues with other guests. Most of the hotel staff is not very helpful, girls who serve you breakfast are the worst. Your breakfast is fruit with plain toast or French toast. If you want eggs, ham bacon beans or anything else there is a cost. First day it was 65 pesos for 2 eggs and 2 slices of ham, the next day it was 110 pesos. Water is brought for the hotel by a truck which is pumped into a well inground in the parking lot but there is no cover on the pipe. No water is provided in the rooms to brush your teeth with. The pool is so cold that no one swims in it and is the size of 4 hottubs.
