A 3-star was not our first choice, but it was extremely last-minute. We were pleasantly surprised and the one-night stay was excellent!

I had an excellent time during my stay. The pool had some missing tiles that the hotel should fix. My granddaughter cut her heal on one. That was the only issue I had at the hotel

I like the cleanliness of the property, but the microwave in our room wasn’t working. The bathroom was a bit too small.

That i had a bed to sleep in for that night. I was supposed to come to cabos on November 1st and I came 1 day earlier, then i went were i was supposed to go riu palace, very BIG difference.

This is an older property. They have good pest control. The beds are clean, rooms are older. They have a good kitchenette, fridge worked well. The staff was friendly.

Not so nice as the pictures show
The hotel on the outside and the people that work there are excellent. The room inside is a different story. They are in need of remodeling bad! Holes on walls, dirty cracked floor tiles and lets just say the wifi is almost non existence. The shower head was also bad! Wouldn't really recommend this place.

The attached convenience store/diner was so convenient and reasonably priced. The rooms are standard but the beds were very comfortable. The people in the office were very nice.

Stove only work on ocasion, phone did not work, furniture was in bad shape, shower head was falling apart, bathroom door lock looked like was broken and replaced with a wrong lock.

Decent Hotel with good location
Quaint hotel close to downtown and marina. The room was quiet, wifi did work in room most of the time, no hot shower for 6 out of 7 days. Staff friendly but English limited.

This is a nicely kept little hotel. Very clean. The staff there were all lovely and helpful. I loved the soft comfortable beds, which can be hard to find in a 3* Mexican hotel, and it's only about a 10 min walk to the Marina and beach. The only disappointing things was the poor wifi in the rooms and the freezing cold pool.

The property is falling apart. The bedrooms smell funny and the showers are moldy. The pool was incredibly disgusting and the boy refuse to lend me the tool to clean it myself. He said he had already cleaned it! The water was so nasty that even a father took his kids out of the pool. The maids throw huge piles of bedding and wet/dirty towels over the balconies and some land in the pool. The personnel has the most horrible attitude and it is unsafe for anyone with kids to stay there. Anyone can be hurt by the huge bundles of towels/bedding thrown over the balconies. It just a hostile place. As oppose to Santa Fe Loreto where people are super friendly and place is very clean, we rented another place and never spent a Night there. We even checked out a day earlier as we only left bathing suits hoping that the pool would be cleaned. Don’t stay there.

Hotel is very old. In such bad shape! Hotel is not what the pictures show. I was very disappointed when I got there, had to check out the same day and find another decent place to stay

Worst accommodation I ever experienced
This was the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. It was our first time traveling with an infant, and after traveling internationally we arrived at this place and had to immediately find a new hotel because it was so falsely advertised. The beds were not the right size, the internet was too slow to work on and the quality of the room was severely degraded (paint chipped everywhere and the window wouldn't even open). We didn't stay in the room for more than 1 hour and they still charged us for 4 nights, which still hasn't been refunded. Absolutely horrible experience!

Has plenty of the basics. Sugar ants everywhere after check in and every day in all surfaces. Roach came out of the tiles in the shower. Staff was very friendly. Amenities like the store and laundry are fairly priced and well stocked. Wifi had spotty connection but it’s easy to connect to without much hassle so that’s a positive.

There was nothing good about this place. Bugs everywhere, walls, bed, counters. Most everything was broken. Doors wouldn't lock. Filthy place, don't. We checked reviews on this hotel, must be all lies. We didn't stay one night!!! Had to find another hotel

Satisfied with Hotel Santa Fe
Clean rooms. A/C and ceiling fan plus plenty of electrical outlets. Shower had adequate pressure with very hot water. Had a kitchenette, TV was a bit small to view from double beds though. But overall was cost effective and steps from the pool. Just a few blocks north of Marina.
