Room SafesPosted Apr 19, 2015
Several in our party had trouble with room safes. Be sure you remove your valuables early the day prior to travel just in case you need help getting them open.

LocationPosted Apr 18, 2015
This was our 5 year at the Marina Fiesta. We love the close location to the city as we dine at many of the local restaurants. All the staff is friendly and most remember your name which is a nice plus. The grounds this year we're the best we have seen because they replanted with new, beautiful flora.

Great all inclusive and good locationPosted Apr 14, 2015
The rooms were nice. The staff was friendly. The location is good, close to downtown and the beach. The all inclusive food and drinks were really good. A lot better then other places I've stayed. We ate steak, lobster, sushi and had bottles of wine and martinis with smirnoff then stoly when they ran out at no charge!

Perfect Location!Posted Apr 14, 2015
This Hotel has the best location in Cabo! It is only about a 7 minute walk to the beach and Mano Deck. It is only a few minute walk to downtown. There is a mall and casino next door and the flea market is about a fifteen minute walk around the Marina. Even our cabo escape dinner cruise was only a five minute walk down the marina.

Disappointed but very convenient locationPosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Location, friendly staff
Cons: The way they process reservations to ensure guests get the rooms they pay for.
Location: bars, clubs, beach, adventure tours, marina taxis, shops, restaurants
I expected better from my stay at Marina Fiesta. I had a terrible experience with the hotel receiving my reservation. I called the toll free number that was given for the hotel to check my reservation and told I had no reservation. I called Expedia and they said it was confirmed and they saw no issues with my reservation. At that point I thought everything should be good, but no. When I arrived at Marina Fiesta, I was given a Junior Suite room, not a Nautical Junior Suite room, which is what I paid for. I did not realize this error until I went downstairs because the Junior suite room was disgusting. It's kitchenette was rusty, the safe wasn't working and the batteries popped right out of the safe. When I proved to the front desk manager I was in the wrong room type they moved me right away to a beautiful room overlooking the Marina. It could be a little loud with music from the Marina but that didn't bother me. The staff is very friendly and you can't beat the location. However, I feel like I expected more and when I booked my trip was under the impression that I would have more. When I booked my trip in room wifi was included, which wasn't when I arrived. A restaurant Los Deseos was supposed to be a part of the all inclusive when I booked which was also no longer part of the package. I was also told there would be a buffet lunch option on the property but there was no such option. This property is close to everything so if location is key to your stay this is the place

Convenient Cabo Central locationPosted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: The all-inclusive package includes restaurant meals, particularly the gourmet dinner at the highly recommended Baja Lobster company.
Cons: The food at the in-house Palapa area was not great but decent. Some birds would fly in and peck on the buffet food so they kept the food covered.
Location: it is a close 5-minute walk to Medano swimmable beach. The hotel is right in front of the marina which is lined with many restaurants and shops
Although this hotel is not at a beach front and our room has no ocean view, we enjoyed our stay at the Marina Fiesta. We walked to the nearby Medano beach where the sand, view and water was great. However, the crowds, motor boats and sales people did not make us want to stay long. The kids enjoyed the pools in the hotel which were are relatively small but enough space for them. The staff was friendly and helpful. We tried all the restaurants included in our package. Baja Lobster company had the best food. The lobby reception was respectful enough to not push us to go to a timeshare presentation. The room was comfortable and clean but could use some cosmetic upgrades (paint chipping in corners, etc). We did not get a chance to try to onsite spa. Overall, it was a good stay.

Immaculate hotel with great foodPosted Apr 8, 2015
Pros: The atmosphere was relaxing, pools were clean, rooms were well kept, and there was security at the gates and around the grounds.
Cons: When we booked the hotel, the Sandwich Shop (which had ice cream, cappucinos, sandwiches) was supposed to be included in the package, but really wasnt
Location: The Medano Beach was a close 5 minute walk or you could take a water taxi for $5. Shops and entertainment were all close.
We enjoyed our stay at Marina Fiesta. The hotel itself is very clean. We felt safe at all times. It was centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants. The food was excellent!
