Pros: The setting is breathtaking.
Cons: The timing of receiving food in the restaurants was very poor. This happened on several occasions.
The property was beautiful. The food needs attention. The staff was above gracious.

Amazing experience. Went in Sept and it felt like we had our own resort. The staff went out of their way. The beach front room with reading/resting porch was perfect. Worth the splurge. Thanks to expedia for the discount!

I absolutely loved my stay at the One&only Palmilla. The resort is beautiful, the rooms well equipped and above all the service is impeccable. The other comments about the costs of the restaurants particularly breakfast are very valid & I booked transfers via another provider which cost only USD120 vs the USD320 the hotel charges. However I cannot fault the resort it is the perfect place to relax

O&O - top notch food and impeccable service

Pros: Staff, service, and food.
Cons: More entertainment options/activities
Location: The beach was nice - we never left the resort (there was no need to!)
We went to the One&Only Palmilla for our family vacation and had a wonderful time. The staff was pretty much perfect: took care of us, made us feel special, and went above and beyond. The food was absolutely delicious. Easily the nicest "resort" food I've ever had.

Pros: The facility and amenities of the resort. The room we stayed in was fantastic.
Cons: The room service was not as perfect as other things in the resort. Specifically, the used plates and utensils were not changed on a daily bases.
Location: Did not go out.
Excellent, Courteous, and Relaxing Atmosphere in a beautiful and pleasant setting.

Nice resort for couples

Pros: Beautiful, comfortable, friendly staff for the most part.
Location: Zippers was a fun, local spot on the beach to watch the tennis matches and games. The Office in Cabo was a delicious beach restaurant.
The resort is beautiful and staff friendly. I visited with a friend and quickly realized this resort is a destination for couples so we spent most of our time off the property. Wimbledon and the World Cup games were playing but there is not a place on property to watch them, only our room. Also, we were told we were not allowed to bring friends to the resort to visit. We had friends staying at another property and when we invited them to our pool/pool bar, they were asked to leave. This rule should be clear to guests before they book a room.
