Hi Frances,Thank you for the review. I apologies that your experience did not live up to your expectations. We will definitely stive to do better. We do fumigate on a monthly bases due to being in the desert and on the beach. It is not normal for us to have a huge bug issue in the winter, but it will be addressed.TV and coffee maker are something we do not have in our rooms, but we also don't claim to have them in the room description. The winter time in Los Barriles is the windy season. It is a big draw for windsurfers and kite boarding. You may want to visit in the Spring or Summer when there are no winds.Again thank you for the feedback, as it will help us to address issues to make a better experience for our guests
