Nice hotel a little windy though.

Posted Apr 28, 2015
This hotel was stunning. The service was excellent the only downfall was that it was windy a lot of the time we were there. I think next time I stay I'll stay at the rosè. It's closer to town and it's not as windy. You can use the amenities at the sunset anyways.

Hotel is great - tipping, not so much

Posted Apr 27, 2015
They said our stay was all-inclusive but on the info sheet we received upon arrival, they recommend tipping all the drivers. This wouldn't be a problem except you can't go anywhere on the property without using a driver....the hotel is built into the hills and there are carts/drivers used to pick you up wherever you want to go....and on any given day, you could call many, many times for a driver....you should not be expected to tip every time you call for a ride. Also, check your bill carefully. Wireless internet was to be included but there were 2 day charges for that on our bill and also 2 'donation to a foundation' charges on our bill. We questioned those and the clerk said they were optional so of course we had those removed. Otherwise, the place is beautiful and the food was excellent.

Nice hotel. would return with family

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Hotel and staff were very nice once you get past the time share people. Didn't have to wait long for shuttles at all. Only recommendation is make reservation for going to brunch steak house or any other restaurants. Also make reservations for shuttles to town.

Birds at the buffet

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: Very nice rooms with very friendly personnel.
Cons: The birds around the food should be limited or eliminated.
I did not appreciate the birds flying around my meals at the buffet. An effort should be made to limit their activity.

Cancan vs Cabo

Posted Apr 13, 2015
I visited Cancun and Cabos staying a week in each . The staff in Cancun was sweet , friendly , and energetic! The staff in Cabos were rude and surly! For me one of the best parts of staying at a resort is the service ! I would not go back to a resort where serving you is an imposition! ,

Great Hotel!! Great location and great service

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Great Food - Excellent location , friendly staff
Cons: More activities.
Location: Location was great. It would be good if the hotel had guided trips to the town.
Wonderful hotel. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent. There were plenty of activities but I wish they were better advertized. Pools were amazing as was the beach. Would definitely go back there again!!

Amazing resort!

Posted Mar 21, 2015
This resort is amazing. We've been to Cabo several times but never stayed on the Pacific side. It's really beautiful and since my wife and I don't care to go in the ocean it was great for us. With so many great pools it didn't even matter. The Sky Pool was by far the best. Outstanding service, great music, and unbelievable views! It's built on a steep hillside but with so many golf carts immediately available 24 hours a day it was not an issue. A cab into town is only around $12 and takes about 10 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Hotel with a stunning view

Posted Mar 16, 2015
The one thing this hotel has going for it is location, location and location. We stayed in a beach front executive suite with stunning views of the pacific and 2 minute walk to the beach. The food is above average and best so far of any all inclusive I have stayed in. Their service however is terrible. They do not provide enough towels etc unless you ask for it .

Nice hotel but....

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: The view, pools and spa.
Too many "agents" bugging you trying to sell time shares. Very disappointed in restaurants. Should have never done all inclusive. Restaurants in town so much better. Grounds were very pretty and clean but the floors in our room were ALWAYS dirty. A tray of old cheese had been left in our refrigerator from tenants before us. Had to call for towels and robes a few times. Next time, will stay on the Sea of Cortez side. Too much $$ for taxis back and forth to town.
