The grounds were beautiful, gardens were well taken care of, the pools were great, the entertainment was nice also. The buildings and rooms needed a little help. There was a huge leak in our hallway leading to our bedroom. Literally a puddle that covered almost the entire with of the hallway. Our bedroom was very clean and the service was very good too, Everyone was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The food options were good and plenty. The drinks were just ok but it's expected at an AI hotel.

When we got home my daughter ended up in the hosptial because she was so sick. And it wasnt from the water. But it was from the food she ate at the resort.

The resort is amazing! The staff is friendly and we enjoyed all the resort offers. I would say the beds aren’t the most comfortable though. The pools and service makes up for the beds 😊

Sunset is a beautiful resort. It’s clean, they have the best customer service making us feel welcome throughout the stay. They offer a variety of good food options and restaurants, great pools and gym. They offer enough amenities that you would not need to do at the resort. The After is a fun place to hang out in the evenings. They have a shuttle that takes you to their sister resort Rose, which is located on Medano beach and makes for a great beach day.

Had a wonderful vacation. Loved being able to travel amongst the resorts to see all of Cabo. Had such an amazing time at the Sky Pool and had amazing service with Jorge. He is the best server and nowadays it’s hard to find. Will definitely come back to this resort again in the future. Only complaint was the beds and bedding. It could have been much nicer or updated in our rooms.

My family of 6 visited this hotel and it was great!! We loved all the options for food. My kids especially liked the ice cream station in the new Market area. It gave my picky family a lot to choose from. Our room had 2 queens, a full kitchen, and a pull-put bed. We asked for a rollaway since we had 4 kids with us. There was plenty of room for all of us. It helped that there were 2 bathrooms especially with 2 teenagers and a preteen. Our spa on the deck was nice to enjoy in the views and feel the morning or evening air. It was a great way to wind down after long days in the sun. It's a quick ride to the sister hotels where you can hang out at the beach and enjoy the benefits of Sunset Beach All-inclusive. We took a boat out to the arches which is a must-do!! We had a great time!!

I regret to say that our experience at the Sunset resort was disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found a lizard scurrying around in the bathroom, which immediately put us on edge. The water for bathing was consistently cold throughout our entire stay, despite our request to have it fixed. The maintenance tried to fix it but the water was still cold. Our mornings were disrupted by the noise of a grasscutter at 6:30 am, disrupting any chance of peaceful rest. The room service delivery time was incredibly slow, taking about 1.5 hours, and some of our order items were missing upon arrival. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations. We will not be recommending this resort to others.

The resort is really nice and very clean. We went with two teenage boys and it was safe for them to be by themselves. Our room was fantastic and we had a great view of watching the whales in the morning. We did have many food options and the pool service was spot on. We did adventure out to the Rose resort to do some swimming over there and that was enjoyable.

Amazing resort and all inclusive with many dining options especially when you explore their sister resorts located nearby. From start to finish we had a wonderful stay here and would glad to stay there again! Resort is massive but they have a convenient golf cart system to help you get around the resort. Service was great and very friendly, overall a wondeful stay!! Would definitely recommend

The resort is really beautiful. Yhe all inclusive concept is amazing. The service of some members of the staff is amazing, they are really friendly. However, some of them clearly have preference for american guests. Several times the staff gave the service first to amercian guests even than I arrived before them. I understand that a great percentage of the guests are american, however all of us deserve the same service.

The property is very clean & well maintained. It's built into the side of a mountain so it's tough to walk from one place to another. Golf Cart rides are available to all points on property.

Excellent views of the ocean and surrounding area from almost everywhere. Food selection and quality was amazing and very tasty. Multiple pool options available with shallow water for young kids and ample seating. Some of the ground-mounted umbrellas at the kids pool did not create enough shade and could not be moved. The resort is built into the side of a cliff, so they have an efficient golf cart service to quickly shuttle people around.

We liked the beautiful grounds, the view, the food, the staff and the pools. We didn't like calling for transportation from the room to get around the property. More dedicated footpaths (without cart traffic), elevators and escalators could make it more walkable

Truly one of my favorite resorts in Cabo. The staff is incredible, the food is amazing, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. The only bad thing I experienced (on two separate visits) was that there were no towels available at the pool. The first occasion we had to wait 30 minutes before fresh towels arrived and on the second occasion, we waited about 2 hours. They did tell us that their laundering machines had broken and that they needed to bring them in from one of their sister resorts. Other than that, incredible stay.

This resort is far from all inclusive. Beware of hidden dining costs before booking. If your a vegetarian or vegan there are very limited options at the buffet which is only 1 of 3 places you can get your meals for all inclusive. All others have a cost. Disappointed in the way management handled a concern we had. Rest of staff is great and friendly.
