Service was excellent, people there cater to your every need. They also are train in the Heimlich method which came in very helpful to us on our trip my wife had a marshmallow lodge in her throat and almost died but Paul the maître d' saved her life in Cabo. They truly hire professional people in every way!!!!!!! Food is Great too!! I strongly recommend the RIU Palace in Cabo... Thank You Paul Again Mary Camardo friend for Life!❤️💋😎

Awesome hotel at an even better price.

Posted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: Food was great. The breakfast buffet was the best part and the Japanese restaurant was excellent as well.
Cons: The room service could use a few better English speakers. There was a mix-up and they took our food to the wrong room one time.
Location: The resort is fairly close to downtown and the marina. It's a quick taxi ride if you want to go snorkeling, diving, whale watching or fishing.
Everything we could have wanted in an all-inclusive hotel. The food ranged from good to excellent, the service was always fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable. I must say the split queen was not my first choice but it wasn't completely horrible. The food and drink was great. If you order a mixed drink, I would recommend getting a little extra liquor added to the mix. There is almost no alcohol in the pre-mix and it's basically like fruit juice. Overall, ou

Rebirth day Celebration

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: The place was huge, yet it felt cozy and accomendating.
Cons: I'm having to think really hard, and I can only come up with creating more shaded space around the pool. I don't tolerate sun very well.
We've stayed at RIU Hotels before but this was, by far, the best! There was morning and evening room service. The specialty restaurants and buffet food was delicious! I mention that my husband was celebrating his birthday and "Colon" and the waiter staff made a big tado about it. They decorated a cake, served him a specialty drink and sang happy birthday. For the rest of our four day stay, we were known as the "Birthday Boy" and Señorita. Though we could have easily spent the entire time on the resort, excursion transportation was immediately available by way of concierge. We did a sunset dinner cruise one evening. My husband played golf at a newly developed Jack Nicholas course. I don't play golf, but even I was impressed with the way this course incorporated mountain and ocean. It was absolutely awesome!

The hotel being on the beach beautifull

Posted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: I adore art the beautiful pictures that are expose that represent the great taste on decorating
Cons: Your staff on the front desk need to be more prompt taking care of the rest of the people waiting on line,, !we waited for a long time getting there.
Location: We were told to stay in the resort because of assaults around there so we had to remain in the hotel
We'll my fiancé and I were looking into a exciting trip were we could have a great time and enjoy and meet people, is always so exciting our first destination was St Thomas and second choice was Cabo, we never been either one so he had me pick and I pick Cabo it wasn't the best experience for being 5 star hotel the beds were unconfortable the room had a smell, I don't care how much I pay but we always expect the best, for our first time,, not too impress,,! But thank you for caring about our opinion we really appreciate your time,!

College party palace

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Hotel was very clean and most of the staff was wonderful, with exception to the front desk at checkout. We indicated we left our room keys in the room- and the woman at the desk said we needed to find a way to get the keys out of the room or she was going to charge me 40bucks. Found a housekeeper to reopen the room, but the front was rude and totally unhelpful. Food is horrid. Drinks are good. This is a hotel for those who want to drink, have tec pounding at the pool and not really partake in any palatable food.

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Cant think of anything
Location: We swam with dolphins, snorkeled, ran zip lines. drove off road arctic cats.
Rui Palace was much better than we could have hoped for. Staff is very friendly and attentive your every need. Food is outstanding. The property is clean, manicured, and set perfectly for a great view of the arch. We will come back!!! i will recommend Rui Palace to my friends.

Can't recommend enough!

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: Food, alcohol, alcohol.
Cons: Add some quesadillas to the room service menu.
Let's just say the hard liquor on-tap in the room was the cherry on top of a perfect, tequila filled vacation. It's fun for the family on vacation, as well as the spring breakers looking to get ratchet without getting in the way of each other. The food tasted good, even when I was sober. But I have to say that the main buffet nailed it with breakfast, lunch and dinner. And alcohol. Peace n blessins.

All inclusive hotel on the beach

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: The food and drinks was excellent. I really liked the waitersand most of the staff.
Cons: The decor needs to be updated and staff needs to improve on customer device skills.
I had invited a few friends and family to celebrate my husbands birthday.Food was pretty good and most of the wait staff friendly and efficient. The pools were excellent and the beach was great as well, but the hotel in general and the rooms in particular looked dated. I was there for 4 nights and my room was only cleaned once and most of the reception staff , customer service(concierge) were not very friendly or helpful.I did not see the value in staying here versus the Riu Santa Fe.also our room was not available till about 3.30pm, check in is at 3.00pm
