Pool servicePosted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: Beautiful architecture, decor, location.
Cons: Pool service
Location: We booked 2 tours and got excellent service from our Expedia rep. on-site.
Secrets has always been a favorite of ours. We have visited several locations and had a great experience everywhere. Unfortunately, this time, at Cabos, we did not have the same quality service from the waiters by the pool. We had to find them, we had to wait, we had to give up and do it ourselves. Dissapointing, because we spend most of our time by the pool and expected not good, but great service.

Nice hotel but the food could be betterPosted Nov 27, 2013
Pros: Wonderfull view, quiet, and excellent staff
The hotel staff is friendly. Every time have something to do such as volleyball, exercises in the Pool, massage class... Every night have an show, music, special thing to do. The food could be better and have flies around the place in the luch hour.

Amazing Views, great staffPosted Nov 21, 2013
Pros: Views were amazing, staff was extremely friendly, prompt and helpful.
Cons: The beds, our room actually had two full sized beds pushed together instead of a king. Pool shade, only early birds got umbrellas, unacceptable number
Location: Loved Cabo, the town is a little too commerical, but the land and water were stunning. We did take the SunRider Snorkel tour, it was great.
We had a great time at Secrets Marquis in Los Cabos. The hotel's staff was extremely courteous and helpful and the views were killer. The drink service was exceptional and the overall experience was great. There was room for improvement, there is a lack of umbrellas and poolside shade. They have about half as many umbrellas as a resort that size should have. The activities at times were less than exciting. We have stayed at Excellence Riviera Cancun and the activities/shows were absolutely outstanding and energizing each day. At Secrets they just weren't that great. We typically try to do 1-2 activities a day, but we couldn't bring ourselves to really be excited about anything. So we spent much more time just lounging by the infinity pool; based on the pool, drinks, view and sound of the waves maybe it was best we missed the activities. Overall for the trip we expected Secrets was great and Cabo is a much better location than Cancun in our opinion. We did have an issues with the transportation we set up through Expedia, they made us wait at the airport for 45+minutes for other people, that seemed a little excessive.

Pros: The service and staff were amazing!
Location: We did not leave the hotel. The activities and entertainment were very good. The location of the karaoke would have been better in the lounge.

Couples hotel in stunning locationPosted Nov 18, 2013
Pros: Hotel was stunning with excellent service
Cons: Internet speed and prices for services not included in the daily rate
Location: Definitely visit the town of Cabo San Lucas and take a boat to see Lands End and the arch. Grab some bargains in town. Silver and ceramics are great.
Stunning location on beach however the current is too strong for swimming. Service in the hotel was flawless with rooms spotless and linen changes daily. Very honeymoon/couples focused. Each restaurant offers it's own cuisine and ala carte menus. Additional services from hotel such as internet, day spa and transfers were extremely expensive. Internet speed and connectivity was also a concern. Outside these pieces had a wonderful stay.

Celebrating 50th b-days with friendsPosted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: Cleanliness, food and wait staff. Pool area was awesome!
Cons: With a big group we couldn't all fit in some of the restaurants like the French one.
Location: We shopped in Cabo and my husband took a flight on a motorized hang glider. We also seen Whales in the distance while eating b-fast.
The wait staff was more than accommodating. They set up private parties with us for 18 with many appetizers and didn't care how loud we were. We had fun watching the turtles being released in the ocean, tequila testing and water volley ball. We had created great drinks and memories too! Thank you Secrets for making our stay memorable!

First Class ExperiencePosted Nov 9, 2013
Pros: The hotel and location are obviously beautiful, but it was the staff that really made it special. Everyone was warm, friendly, efficient and helpful.
Cons: I can't think of a thing.
This was our first time at this resort and we were very impressed. We had a great time and we can't wait to go back.

Great All InclusivePosted Nov 6, 2013
Pros: Great All Inclusive! Nice gym!
Cons: We usually get massages, but felt the spa services were a little pricey, even with the "coupons" they give you. Coupons are a pain, didn't use.
Location: Love having dinner at Esperanza on Thursdays so we can enjoy the fireworks. Flora Farms is a fantastic place to eat - go early and enjoy the grounds.
We were a group of 6 (3 rooms) and we all agreed that it is a very nice All Inclusive. We had very nice rooms, the grounds and pool were beautiful and well kept. The food was very good and had alot of variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and professional. Having said that we loved pool staff and felt they are the ones that added that extra special touch to make our trip wonderful!!! We all agreed that we would definitely return.
