best stay on the beach.Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: The staff was exceptional. We had a lot of favorites, but I really liked JUAN that served us while we were on the beach.
Cons: When 2 couples come together, please give each couple the same type of room to make it fair.
Location: We did the sunset sailboat, snorkel boat trip, paddle board, kayak, lots of beach walking, & swimming. Went to Cabo Wabo downtown. FUN FUN FUN!
Everything was awesome. Stunning grounds and pools. The only complant I would have is you have to sign for everything. Even a bottle of water. I believe it is done so that you add on a tip which we did. We were on the all-inclusive plan, which I reccommend. Food was plentyful and good. You must also be aware of the beach vendors. They constantly ask you to look at their items. It became very annoying. We just wanted to be left alone and enjoy the view. Simple say "no thank you" and they leave you alone. The beach is very nice and the water was clear and perfect cool tempature.

Beautiful hotelPosted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: The location is great, as well as the atmosphere. We stayed during spring break but we were not overwhelmed by the party crowds at this resort.
Cons: Free wifi would be a great improvement.
We stayed at Villa del Arco at the recommendation of a friend. It is a beautiful hotel - nice pool, restaurants and beach. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice sized balcony.

Wonderful place on the beachPosted Apr 4, 2015
Our"room" was enormous 8-900sq ft and full of stone and tile. Two full bathrooms! Kitchen and pull down bed. The all Inclusive was good. We ate and drank decent wine and Mexican beers to our hearts content with no additional charge at checkout. Take the specials at the El Patron restaurant. This is a family place but was not overrun with kids. The beach was steep and the sand course but beautiful. Highly recommended!

Beautifull beach wiews with many good activities.Posted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: The food, activities and some of the personnel were very attentive.
Cons: The check in process should not take longer than 5 minutes. Ask if you are intrested in time share don't push it. Train the personal to be more attn.
Location: Los Cabos is friendly and worth exploring.
Dispute its many good aspects the lengthy check in leaves a bad taste. The personnel seem more intrested in what they have to say rather than listening to you.

Great place to stay for familiesPosted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: The room size and staff.
Cons: Kitchen cooking utensils aren't great, but that's really not hugely important.
Location: The beach immediately behind the hotel offers lots of activities, boat rides (whale watching, site seeing), paddle boarding and much more.
The hotel is about 30 minutes from San Jose Del Cabo airport and not far (6 minute drive) from downtown Cabo San Lucas. We stayed here as a family and the room arrangement of one studio and one apartment worked really well for 3 adults and 2 kids. There's ample space inside for 5 people, the amenities are good (our arrangement provided two fridges, three showers and three toilets). The balcony was nice and open and was set up with a table and lounge chairs, which was great for outdoor dining on those days we decided to cook and eat in. Beware the WiFi! Connectivity was spotty in our fourth floor location and very slow when it did connect. We used the hotel office to book an excursion which was very convenient and the concierges on duty always provided us with great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. In general, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

upscale hotel, good food, friendly, near beachPosted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: The quality and price and the all inclusive deal (food and drinks) was the bomb! The chef was wonderful and we really got our moneys worth!
Cons: Didnt like being charged for use of the internet which should be free.
We had a 2 bedroom suite with a view was great! I HIGHLY recommend the all inclusive (food and drinks) which was really worth the extra money. It was a great deal and we really got our moneys worth. IT is especially great if you are traveling with kids.
