Great all inclusivePosted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: This hotel is quiet and has a great upscale feel. The food is very good and the staff tries very hard to please. This is just a really nice place.
Cons: I don't know, we loved it.
Location: Gorgeous white sand beach and the hotel is so nice why leave?
This I a great all inclusive hotel. We went there on a whim and plan on going back.

Beautiful, relaxing weekPosted Mar 27, 2014
This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff/service. The feel of it is relatively quiet so not for those looking for a vibrant scene, but for us it was just what we were looking for.

3rd Stay...great!Posted Mar 23, 2014
Great trip to paradise! Only "problems" this trip were spotty wi-fi signal and lack of hot water in the mornings. We love this hotel and will definitely return. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to help are like no other. The setting is gorgeous, and the accommodations superb. Another note: we booked Grey Line transport through expedia, and they were absent...$72 and an hour and a half wasted! We tried to call, and ended up taking a taxi. When I tried to confirm return transportation, they again could not be reached.

Quiet, well kept resort on a private beachPosted Mar 11, 2014
Pros: Staff, service and pools
Cons: Food and beer selection
Location: Located exactly in the middle of San Jose and Los Cabos, a $25 cab ride to Los Cabos downtown
In short, the staff was exceptional, the rooms were great and the ocean view rooms really had a full view rather than a corner view from a side of the balcony. There was 24 hour room service and well stocked mini bar. The food was good but not exceptional and beer choice was limited to Corona and Pacifico. Very quiet, exclusive and well kept compared to the neighboring resorts that were crowded, littered and noisy. Overall one of the best all inclusives Ive been to in the caribbean or mexico.

Nice AccommodationsPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Loved the size of the property. We also like the house keeping and cleanliness of the room. Nice spa facility,
Cons: Staff seemed she and stand offish at the beginning but after mentioning it to the resort manager the became more engaging. Better workout equipment.
My wife and I travel to Mexico once a year and like to alternate from the Pacific side to the Caribbean side every other year. Upon arrival we had a great warm welcome from Pamela at the front desk. The bellman took our luggage and brought us a margarita while we were checking in. We were then taken over to meet our concierge person Cris who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Part of the concierge's job is to find out if you might be interested in golfing and if so if you would be interested in getting a comped round of golf in trade for meeting with a timeshare representative. She was not pushy about it but while you are on property you will see couples on a timeshare tour. After meeting with Cris we were taken to a room which was junior ocean view room which was on the first floor. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well! Through out our stay we were very impressed with housekeeping. The cleaned it mid-morning but you also had an option of hanging a card that you could choose your block of time mid-morning or late afternoon. There are three main pools on the property. The main pool is closest to the main building. A family pool below that towards the ocean and then a quiet pool down by the beach for adults only, which has a pool bar and outdoor restaurant that also serves as a dinner restaurant where you eat around a gas fire pit on the beach.

Cons: the bed....king was too soft...
This was a great place to stay! The food was healthy and good, the ambiance was amazing, everyone was friendly and it was quiet. Perfect for us. The bed was a bit soft for us, but that was the only issue. I would definitely go back again!
