Arrived early evening and leaving early the next morning. Useful if taking the El Chepe Express and flying in / out of Los Mochis. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nicely maintained hotel. Huge comfortable room.

The suit we got was a good size, spacious but bed sheets were not clean so the lady moved us to another smaller room but still it did not feel fresh clean. Towels were dirty and no hand or wash towels. Dirty carpet and rug. This hotel needs some TLC.

We were able to enjoy one of our membership perks and checked in 2 hours early. Restaurant has a. bar and restaurant, Walking distance to Plazuela, have Oxxo a block away, and hot dog venecia. Alexandra at the bar was excellent as well as other staff during our stay

Friendly staff but quality control issues
Although the staff was welcoming and friendly, the condition of the room wasn't great. For instance, a window curtain panel had fallen off and was just sitting against the wall. Another example is that the wood underneath the desk was detached from the wall and just resting on the chair below. The vent fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine. I also noticed that there was no fitted sheet on the bed, just a regular sheet placed over the mattress. There was previous guests' hair all over the sheets, making me question whether they were actually clean. That said, the mattress, pillows, and sheets were comfortable and high-quality. The included breakfast was basic, but tasty. Assuming they improved their quality control, I'd be open to staying here again.

We checked in late at night and asked if we could change our room which they did then offered us a free full breakfast which was good, the only issue we had was the coffee was inconsistent some times was too dark and other times was too light like watered down but over all was good.

We were a group of 12 and stayed in 3 different rooms. I noticed the carpet in every room was dirty and the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms. Overall everyone was glad it had a restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

We got the junior suite. Very spacious, beds very comfortable. Problem was the 2 TVs didn't work. They came to work on them 3 times and only one tv worked the last night we were there. No coffee pot, iron in room

Room was clean but building works were happening next to our room so it was very noisey for the entire afternoon when we arrived. Also Wi-Fi didn't work in the room or bar, only in the lobby area which was slightly inconvenient. Bar staff were very friendly.

Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown, which makes it difficult to get to as all the streets are one way and traffic is extremely busy. No places to park and look for directions when I got lost. The rooms were ok but are ready for some refurbishment. Excellent restaurant and parking.
