We loved the location. The staff picked us up from the train station! They went above and beyond. The bed was comfortable and spacious, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was superb. We also loved the restaurant where we had 2 amazing meals. Staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, easily approachable and helpful. We plan to return. Merci beaucoup ❤️

everything good except restaurant was not open on the Sunday that we stayed, however excellent restaurants within five minutes walk. both receptionist spoke good English which is always helpful.

GREAT restaurant.
The restaurant is really lovely and run by a chef who really cares about the food and sharing the joys of this very special region's cooking. My room's location in the old bit of the hotel suffered from traffic noise in the morning. France is full of midges after a spring of rain - so an open window in the heat of summer made for a restless night.

Poor service let down otherwise pleasant hotel.
Superb food, sadly let down by very poor service, ridiculously difficult to get a pre dinner drink (35 minutes wait between order and arrival) and as we'd chosen half board, clearly treated as second class, as 'walk in' customers (a la carte) received instant, preferential service - we waited 50 minutes for our order to be taken; so be warned.

Hôtel très moyen 2 étoiles seraient suffisants
Hôtel vieillot. Et toujours le même problème, la chambre louée avec photos, n'est pas celle à l'arrivée.... Les hôteliers devraient être plus précis( au 2ème étage, sous la charpente...) la télé toute petite accrochée au mur.....,c’est un 2 étoiles , la salle de bain, le radiateur sale, les joints de la baignoire également une boite de sac décrochée du mur traine par terre et cet poutre dans la chambre (voir photo) , il ne faut pas vous lever la nuit !!!

sympa mais manque l'isolation
Manque d'isolation nous avons eu un voisin au dessus de notre chambre qui se baladait de 23h à 2h du mat avec le parquet qui grince fortement tout le temps. Sinon ras !

Nuit à Souillac
Nous sommes venus rendre visite à de la famille à Nadaillac-de-Rouge et nous avons passé la nuit à l’hôtel. Nous avons aussi déjeuner sur place ; c’etait très bien. Petit-déjeuner un peu cher surtout que les tables ne sont pas dressées et qu’il n’y a pas de personnel en salle.

très agréable séjour de 4 jours. Hôtel très calme et bien situé à proximité du centre ancien de la ville (possibilité de s'y rendre à pied). Accueil sympathique. chambre confortable et très propre. Un seul bémol : il y faisait un peu chaud et la climatisation aurait été un plus.
