Outside-facing doors and large windows that people walk by day and night is always a negative for me. Walls were thin enough that I had to put the AC on fan all night. Staff are not helpful or really courteous, either when we checked in or in the morning. Skip the breakfast - stale breads, creamer kept at room temperature, overflowing trash, dried out cream cheese and jelly so old it had solidified in the plastic tubs! Front desk couldn't care less. I'm OK with older hotels but there's no excuse for uncaring staff and stale food.

This is an older hotel, we have only stayed in one hotel that we would have graded lower and that hotel explained to us that there is no cooking of crab in the room. This Hotel upgraded us to a garden tub to which I hit my head when entering to take a shower. The airconditioner was loud and the room had an older musty smell.

Location: The location was very convienient as it is within a few miles of our relatives.
The hotel stay was plesant. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room wait staff were very efficient. Some guest were noisy but overly so. Very acceptable for the price paid.

First night had to put up with barking dog in next room. Cat laying on table in dinning area. people cooking out in front of rooms and being loud at 11pm hour and later. checked in at 2pm on first day and was showed high disrespect by the desk clerk. When ask a question about check in i was answered because that is the way it is and she didn't need to check me in if i want to question it. Employees where not informative about local area. House cleaning did not speak english. By far the worst experience and hotel I ever stayed at.
