“Good value for the location.”

This hotel is a good value for the money. The front end staff is very slow and it took 30 minutes to check us in, although they were having "computer problems". The rooms and pool were clean. The continental breakfast the next morning was good but they run out of fresh fruit early. There are not many restaurants so you are pretty much limited to local places or fast food. Overall, I would stay here again.

“Great Value”

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, in truth were only there to sleep. It was very comfortable and clean. No complaints at all. I wish in general that more hotels had sound-proofing materials between the walls that face the hallways and aslo the doors. Every hotel I have stayed in over the past 2 years it seems you can hear everything going on outside your room.

“Visit in Louisburg”

The lobby was clean but the hallway wreaked of smoke from one end to the other. The room did not smell at all and my bed was quite comfortable. The plunger in the bathtub was broken. There was crud in the corners in the bathroom.

“I am definitely not impressed with this hotel.”

My family has been going to this hotel every Labor Day weekend since it opened (6-7 yrs. ago). The quality and customer service was great in the beginnning. However, the last two years has been not very good. A new owner took over two years ago and that was the problem!! The new owner is very rude. The housekeepers are very kind. Unfortunately, it's the only hotel anywhere close to where our reunion is held!! Hopefully, that will change in the next year or two.

“MUCH better than the old reviews”

The hotel was nice and had a nice breakfast. Its the only hotel that i felt safe in around there. This hotel had alot of bad reviews but I believe they have addressed all those issues and it is a nice place to stay. keep in mind its not the Hilton but a clean and affordable Days Inn.

“Will Never Go Back”

The non-smoking room wreaked of cigarettes. The hallways wreaked of cigarettes. The cleaning staff made so much noise chattering with each other in the hallways, it was near impossible to sleep. The do not disturb sign on the door obviously meant nothing. The facility is located in a good location in relation to the freeyway. It has the potential to be so much better. It's a shame the ratings are consistently as low as they are.

“Worst in NC”

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. After two nights we had to check out. The people were rude and there were dirty clothes, not mine, under the beds. The bathroom had mold growing in it and the door looked like they were never washed. Worst ever, do not stay here.
