Pros: The breakfast was great.
Location: The location was close to the airport and competition site. There were only two off-site food venues close.
I was in town for the NCAA Festival and the location was less than three miles from the hotel.

Location: Easy to get to major sites. was visiting family who live on both the easy and south side of the city. Alum of U of L and location is easy to all fa
travel to Louisville often to visit with family. Location is right off of crosstown freeway. Easy access to all areasof the city. Very pleasant stay!

Great value and convenient

Cons: The bed was extremely hard. A little like sleeping on a board.
Location: Convenient to almost anything that you would want in Louisville
We found the hotel to be neat and clean. It appears to have been recently updated. The staff was great and friendly.

Location: downtown resturants within mins and expo
Everything was good... clean... and great parking... we would stay here again... the staff was helpful... breakfast was good also. I wish the bar wasn't being renovated it would have been nice to relax somewhere other then the room with some other guests at the hotel. Thanks very much.

Was very surprised with the hotel. I booked a very cheap price and was not expecting much! Rooms were very clean and moderately new. Hotel lobby was very impressive and breakfast was very good as well. Have paid a lot more for a lot less! Will be back

Good location, amenities lacking

Tv remote didn't work, no way to control room temperature and breakfast was lackluster. The room was clean, but it wasn't a great hotel experience for my family.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and everything operated correctly.
Cons: Not having a room next to a high activity door or elevator. Deadbolt looked inadequate.
Better that I expected for Louisville. Because I was next to the exit, I was disturbed by the loud talking at midnight al people getting to their room. This was the only issue and not attributed to the hotel or staff.

Great location to see the best of Louisville

Pros: Quiet, friendly, and the breakfast bar wasn't too bad.
Location: Great location for visiting the Louisville Zoo, and if you're into the restaurant/bar scene, you're just a short cab ride down to Baxter Street.
We reserved two rooms, a double smoking room and a single king smoking room. We had a late check in and everything was ready and it took about 5 minutes to check in. When we got to our rooms, we found out that we did not have the rooms we booked. They gave us non smoking rooms and instead of a Single King, we were given another double. After contacting the front desk we were shortly given the correct rooms, so problem solved. However, if it would have been much busier, I'm not sure the problem would have been corrected so quickly. We also heard that some other people had been given smoking rooms that wanted non-smoking. I would suggest a quick call to the hotel itself to make sure the correct rooms are being booked for you.
