Booking was confirmed at $133. There's an extra charge of $1 on top of that for "Hotel service fee" and the hotel charged me the morning of check in even though booking says pay at the facility.

Crystal was very friendly!! The room was clean and hotel was clean! We didn’t get to eat breakfast as we had to leave before it was ready! We would definitely stay there again

Better than expected.
Bathroom needs a update. It was small. im a bigger guy (6', 260lbs) i had to almost stand in the shower to close the bathroom door. But other then that. Nice clean hotel. Honestly nocer than i expected for the price.

Unfortunately can not give good review. Hotel itself is clean and staff we had interacted with were helpful. But the reason we booked THIS hotel was to be able to have long term parking option ( we had to land our car there for a week while we were on vacation), and have reliable shuttle to and from airport. At check in time we were informed that shuttle is “ temporary “ not provided. We were not willing to accept this ( since it was one of the reason to book this particular hotel and paid extra $ for this service ). We were ready to walk away from this place and even found way less expansive hotel to go to ( since it would be last minute booking) but young gentleman at front desk had put so much effort to figure out and resolve issues, and promised that shuttle will be available for us in the morning), that we decided to stay here. We had to schedule shuttle way too earlier than we needed to ( just to be sure if would be any problem in the morning, we would have time to get different arrangement to get to airport).and shuttle was available for us in the morning at the time we arranged it for. But it’s not the end of this story. Week later we came back to Louisville and called hotel for shuttle to pick us up and take back to our car we had parked at their place. Guess what was the answer? ;-), :-(. Had yo get a taxi to get our car. If you’re OK with unpleasant surprises during your vac this would be ok place to stay. Or find more dependable place in that area.

Cockaroaches.
The facilities are great. The employees at this hotel were helpful and attentive. What isn't great is the number of cockroaches inside of my room, and the lack of concern over such an issue. In fact, Hotels.com shut down my ability to connect to customer service via chat.
