Very nice hotel! Really nice indoor pool, wish I had time to have enjoyed it. Room was clean and staff was very nice. Weekends the bar has a dj that I did get to enjoy. Very close to downtown louisville which made it very convenient for me and the show I was seeing at Mercury Ballroom. I will use this hotel again!

The staff there was very nice and very helpful. The hotel is an older hotel, but the food in the resteraunt was good and it was close to several locations. I will stay here again.

Stay would’ve been better had I been able to get a hot shower during my 3 day stay. Hot water in the sick but cold water in the shower, brought this to the attention of the staff on Friday morning, and again on Saturday and was assured that maintenance would be by shortly to look at it and if it couldn’t be fixed they would change our room. Well maintenance never showed up and never got changed to another room. Upon talk to front desk at check out there were 3 other guest who had the same complaints and that the hotel manager would be in contact with me by phone to set up some type of reimbursement for the issue. No one has called to this point to even try to make things right.

It took 3 tries for me to get a room after I checked in. Each time I had to take all of my bags back with me to the front desk which is far from where the rooms are because it's an old conference center hotel. The first room was smoky. The second room was locked and occupied. To get the third room, I had to sit there and wait while one of the desk attendants texted. She knew I had been down there 2 times already--it didn't matter to her, her personal text mattered more to her than my experience even when I reminded her of my situation. The only person who cared was the manager. Needless to say I was late to my event (the whole purpose of this stay) which was then very crowded and there was nowhere to sit. I would not return to or recommend this hotel.

Our room entry took forever as the rooms were not easily entered after unlocking, took several shoulder shoves. The room WREAKED of dog smell and dog urine (it was so bad and even the smell was on our clothes after leaving for hours) even though the sign at the desk said no pets allowed and if there were any pets you would be removed from property with no refund. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been too

This property has been under renovation for 2 years that I am aware of. The entrance doors did not work properly. The were machines dirty and in inconvenient areas if they did work. Our room had no heat and after calling the front desk at least 4 times got no answer. We had to walk to the front desk to ask for an another room when maintenance never showed up. Several other families in the lobby were also upset of their stay as well. Staff was not friendly and did not even ask how was my stay at check out. It was just put your key in this box.

This was the worst experience I have ever had booking through expedia and I am platinum member. When I arrived at the front desk there were several people leaving due to bed bugs. One woman had brought a bed bug to the desk. Therefore, instead of checking in, I asked the receptionist if there were bed bugs, could cancel and get a refund. She indicated yes, but since I billed through a 3rd party, the hotel hadn’t charged anything yet and I needed to call expedia to request a refund. The online agent indicated they would find a way to resolve the situation and apologized for the unfortunate circumstance. Today I learned the refund is being denied by the hotel! Bed begs are disgusting and very expensive to treat. I can’t believe they won’t refund the stay.

The hotel was satisfactory, but the service was subpar. Unfortunately, the shower in my bathroom wasn't functioning, and despite contacting the staff about the issue, I didn't receive a response. I waited for over an hour for someone to bring me towels, but eventually, I had to retrieve them from the front desk myself.

Checked in about 10pm. Was going to do laundry so tried calling down from room to find out the phone is broken. So called off cell FOUR times and NOBODY ANSWERED! Finally i go walk down to ask if they had washer and dryer. They said yes but didnt have quarters so i went to bar. Put clothes in washer and added laundry soap to find out washer is BROKEN. go back to desk and is if there is another one on property. They told me no just the 1 but its broke.! (Would have been nice to know that sooner) then i wake up to THREE different charges to my card!!!! CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS!!!! hallway carpet smely like wet and moldy.

It was nice but the man at the front desk at night was a little bit rude. The room was nice bathtub had pealing paint and looked a little dirty. The area was very beautiful

Location and price very convenient. However the amenities weren’t as convenient. No microwave in the rooms had to walk across the building to heat food by the time we got back to the room the food was cold. Outside doors were either left open or not working a few days and it was hard to get clean towels.

This property is huge and was probably really nice at some point. It smelled musty. There were very few guests but I was put in a far back end/corner room with an entrance/exit directly outside of my door. It didn't feel like a safe place to put a solo traveler.

The place is going downhill. Very nice when we started staying several years back. No pool and the food at the buffet is not as good. Service was great and the lady that ran it was great. No drink machines on floors and ice machines not working and only had rooms cleaned once in a 4 night stay. Also talked to others that have been staying for several years and I think they are planning on staying elsewhere. I hope that Radisson will make some needed changes because we have enjoyed staying through the years. I am planning on staying one more year, but after that if no changes we will probably move.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property is run down and under staffed. Definitely not what would be expected from a Radisson, more like a 50.00 a night hotel. Limited hot water if any in shower, noisy in hall way all night, 1 person working lounge and restaurant. Bad choice for Anniversary weekend.
