Pros: location
Cons: pool and restaurant
hotel was convenient, however, pool was misrepresented on online picture. the restaurant was a disaster! must have been a walk out or something. Ran out of food on buffet and hr wait for menu food.

Smells galore

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: The printer had paper
Cons: Everything,,,,
Location: Lewis and Clark museum
This place is run down with smells and a lack of concern for anything to be clean.

Not my best hotel experience

Posted Apr 13, 2014
There was a leak in a pipe that was covering electrical wires in our room and we were not offered a new room. Site advertised free breakfast and when we got to breakfast we were handed a bill for $20 for the breakfast. Not impressed. Staff was very nice though.

Kinda gross

Posted Apr 11, 2014
The description said 2 miles from where my meeting was, but it was 2 miles over a bridge and on a overpass/hwy so walking was not a possibility. (Although it has Louisville in the name it is actually in Indiana.) The hotel was very outdated. The chair in my room was stained, wallpaper in the halls was ripped, the elevator made a weird chain rattling sound, and I also saw a cockroach in the hallway to my room. That being sad, the staff was very nice and helpful!

We were completely satisfied.

Pros: The location.
Cons: The rollaway bed and I like to have a small refrigerator in the room.
Location: We were happy with the restaurants in the area and the fact that the hotel was located near the church where we were going square dancing.
The quality of the mattress on the rollaway was not the best. Everything else was perfect.

Pros: The Beds are so comfortable, The shower pressure is amazing , If there is a problem manager will address it and watches till its fixed ! Very good !
Cons: Tv next room & talking could be heard in the am, Maybe move rooms around where tv wall isn't by headrest in next room, other then that Great place
Location: Bass proshop, all kinds of shopping either exits, Ohio river, Plenty of places to eat. Hotel is in parking lot of Antlanas park and derby dinner
Very comfortable beds. Clean as for last yr is was nasty! So much better now. Front desk was very nice. House keeping ladies very sweet as well! Had a great stay and the pool was warm so that was a plus for the kiddos. Only thing I would say is make sure parents are watching kids in the pool because it got a lil crazy in there but still had a blast !

Remodeling

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: I liked the indoor pool
Cons: I am sure once it is remodeled it will be fine.
Location: We went over to Louisville and did stuff.
In addition to the hotel being remodeled, there had been a fire in the restaurant the night before we arrived and therefore it was closed.

Okay hotel

Pros: Beds were comfy and pillows weren't flat.
Cons: bathroom fixtures
Location: Located well for good food, close to a decent amount of shopping, super close to downtown Louisville.
They are renovating right now, so be aware that it doesn't look the prettiest, however you can tell from what they do have done (the entry way, the pool, the restaurant) that it's shaping up to be an elegant hotel. The room we stayed in was one of the ones slotted for renovation soon, so the bathroom was kind of archaic, but the room itself wasn't bad. The bed was comfy, the sheets were clean, so were the towels. The restaurant didn't have a half bad buffet. For a cheap hotel in Louisville the weekend of a convention, it really wasn't bad. I wasn't particularly impressed, but neither was I disappointed or displeased.
