“Great hotel for any traveler, especially pet owner”

The room was remarkably quiet given how close it is to a major interstate highway!

“Nice hotel, decent water park”

The hotel was fine and the rooms were nice. The water park seems well designed and my children had a great time. I just would have appreciated some maintenance in the pool area. There are several areas of chipped and peeling paint, water stains and in general in need of a good cleaning. I was also surprised to find out that there were no life guards on duty and only part of the time were any staff present in the water park. There were several times I felt the slides and large pool were dangerous with unsupervised children running, sliding 2 and 3 together, and engaging in risky behavior.

Best hotel in this area, seems like a really economically depressed part of the US. People are very friendly, the staff at Tumbleweeds down the street are great

“Totally Disappointed”

When we got to our hotel we found out that the indoor water park was closed. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the water park. My daughter was having a spinal surgery the next day and we were going to squeeze in an evening of fun. On-line it did not say that this would be closed. We were told that we could change hotels, but we would have to go through Expedia on our own. We chose to stay for convenience purposes. When we got to our room it was dirty. The bed was made, but the floor had food and trash remains. We were able to switch to a different room, but there were stains on the comforter and in the sheets when I pulled them down as well as loose hairs in the covers. We tried a third room on a whole different floor. This room was better and the pillows were arranged in a different formation making me believe that this floor had an entirely different housekeeper. I have never been at a hotel before where I had to ask for a different room. I would not choose this hotel in the future.
