This seems to be an older property. The rooms are very small.
Quick check-in. Room was nice. Located right off the highway with nearby restaurant choices. Bed was a little firm for my liking, but overall a good stay.

The property was clean, staff were great. I was suppose to have a King Bed, Queen would have been fine. I got a Regular size bed. It was the worst mattress I have ever slept on, Junk. This was also a Handicap Room. Very unhappy it said only 2 rooms available when I booked and was about 1/4 full.

Even though air was on, room was very humid. Found a dead bug under the bed.

This property is incredibly old. The staff was friendly, but the services for this hotel were terrible. Used a reward night as this was an emergency family trip.
Lobby: cookie cutter at best. Floors were worn. Dingy. Baseboards dirty.
Room: wear marks around sink. Water was cloudy out of the faucet. The desk had scratches all over. No USB plugs. Remote was hard to use (channels wouldn’t change). Off brand coffee packets.
Continental breakfast: generic juice, OJ clearly from concentrate. Mini everything! Of brand cereals. Just… low low brow. Chaffing dishes or hot food were beyond institutional.
We have stayed at plenty of Choice Hotel properties and this one is like the forgotten left behind poor Comfort Inn that nobody cares about.
Other hotels near by looked to be new but you can tell it’s more of a lipstick-on-a-pig than a true remodel.
Let me be clear: the hotel staff was incredibly cordial and nice. They are doing what they can with what they have. This review is a reflection of the company more so than the management and staff.

Very nice facility. Room was clean and updated but the furniture was beginning to show signs of wear. Not a big deal though. The heating/air wall unit was annoying. I needed the fan running to cover up the snores of my co worker but it would not run “Constant” if set to HEAT. Once the room got warm I flipped the heat off and the fan ran the rest of the night. Had a great sleep overall but if other guests are in the hall it is very noisy in the room. Shower was great. Breakfast was missing eggs and bacon/sausage. Otherwise would have been the perfect hotel breakfast bar. Would stay again, that’s all that matters.

Hotels.com Reservation Never Made It
When I got to the hotel they did not have my hotels.com reservation. So I had to book a room directly with the hotel after I had already paid for a room with hotels.com.
Breakfast could have been a little better. Other than that the room was very clean , spotless in fact, although there was a smoky smell to the room.

When i had issue with Ants in room i was told no more rooms Check out or deal with it

Apologize for issue in your rm during your stay. When you notified about ants after 2 days stay and checkout we did have our pest control company came in and spray the rm and cleaned everything for all our future guest. Thank you for understanding and helping us to serve better in future.
There was something large going on and there was no rooms to be found anywhere. The beds had more than just that super thin blankets on them. Made them feel extra comfy. We had 2 rooms the one was smaller than other, but both were clean and comfortable. We were just passing through and needed a couple of hours sleep before continuing our drive. For breakfast they did have 2 kinds of waffles, strawberry and regular.

Check-in took forever but eventually got it straightened out. Hotel was decent, breakfast was there but lacking

There was no offer to credit my account. It took him an hour to fix the valve so I can get hot water in the shower. After most of that the water was running down the drain. The reason for no credit on my account is because I booked with Expedia. My response was it's not expedia's problem it's here at this facility it's your problem
