Nice Hotel, I Very Much So Enjoyed My Stay

Pros: The staff seemed to know exactly when we were gone and were on top of the room service. I'm very happy that we weren't bothered while trying to relax.
Cons: The hallways smelled a little... unusual. It wasn't enough to raise a concern or affect my stay, just something that could be improved.
My experience started with the allowance of an early check in which made my trek into Louisville that much less stressful. Upon arriving, the first thing to stand out was the lobby. There was PLENTY of room for lots of people to relax and eat, including a bar. Very modern furniture and welcoming colors. The room was nice - nothing fancy but more than what you would expect from a night at a motel or something. The beds were quite comfortable. I was visiting to attend a weekend-long concert and having a comfortable bed and warm bedding to cash out for the night in was crucial. My friend and I left a little bit of a mess in the room when we left for breakfast on day 2 and I was extremely shocked and impressed when we came back to a very clean and refreshed room about an hour later; beds were made, our trash emptied, and clean towels - A+. I did not get to use the pool or Whirlpool but they did seem smaller than I expected, but it looked like there was plenty of room. The only downside was I did wake up once from the sound of nearby airplanes (no surprise seeing as it's pretty much right next to the airport). I would definitely stay here again.

not getting what you think u r

not what u think rooms half!!! size.swiming pool is about 10 ft wide by 20 ft long!!!!nothing included with room!!!breakfast cost you 14 dollars no milk no bacon!!!!THIS PLACE IS NOT WHAT ADVERTIZED!!!!200 dollar room wurth maybe 75

Concert at KY State Fair

Pros: within walking distance to fair grounds
Cons: breakfast would have been nice instead of paying $9.00
This hotel was close to Freedom Hall where the concert was that we were going to. We could walk and not have to mess with traffic or trying to find a shuttle.

Bring your own breakfast

Had to pay $13 for a buffet breakfast that was nothing special. Other Marriott I've stayed in included that in the room. Very few other breakfast options in the area.;
