“Not to be recommended”

We had 3 nights in the Days Inn, unfortunately. We arrived, had mold in the room so we got another one. That didn´t have any visible at least! Neither the hotel nor expedia would let us check out early, which is an extremely unsatisfactory "Customer Service" in my point of view! Even if it was a cheap deal, it was not worth it the money, considering the health and inconvenience issues with it!

Area recommendations
Area of Hurstbourne is ok, close it city of Louisville in 10 min by car!

I think they should have more fruit and better breakfast but, overall it was o.k.

“Trip to Louisville”

Rooms were adequate. Bed was quite comfortable. Noise was a minimum. Seems to have some maintenance issues. Our phone did not work and the fan in the bathroom made noise but did not do anything else.

“Bad News”

This was the worst hotel i have seen. Things broke. Very bad. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!

“Not impressed”

The floors had food on them we found a cockroach on the table moving on some food that was on the table.I was not happy with the room or the hotel,and if it had not been so late and we were not so tired,we would have left and asked you to help find us another room.We have you Expedia before and have always satisfied and we will still use you just not that hotel again.

“Terrible Experience”

We were so disappointed to arrive at a dirty, run-down room in February with only a small space heater against the wall since the heat was turned off! We requested a non-smoking room and it was labeled as such, but the room smelled so badly of smoke that we had to wash everything we took in there. Also, the smoke alarm was missing from the wall and the bathroom was dirty. The lock was missing from the door, too. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we all had a bad night! I do not recommend this hotel without it undergoing serious renovation!
