Decent hotel that was reasonably priced.

Pros: The location of the hotel was good. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, TV with cable channels, and free wi-fi.
Cons: Improve: wi-fi- update it or add more signals throughout the hotel. Building security so you have to use your room key to unlock the outside doors.
Location: Louisville Zoo is nearby (around 10 miles), a variety of restaurants too.
We stayed in a non-smoking room that had two double beds. The room was clean. Pros: The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, TV with cable channels, and free wi-fi. There were a variety of close restaurants and it was close to our points of interest that we were visiting during the day. The Days Inn also had an indoor pool and hot tub and free breakfast. Breakfast included: biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, dry cereal, bagels/bread to toast, yogurt, orange and apple juice, and coffee. Cons: The wi-fi signal was horrible. When we were able to connect the signal was very weak and kept dropping. I don't know if they turn it off after a certain time because it got to a point that there was no signal at all and our devices could not locate anything to even try to connect to. When I asked about it the next morning at the front desk I was told that they would reboot it. It wasn't any better so I gave up even trying to use it. If you have to have internet to do business skip this hotel. The hallways smelled like smoke and cleaning supplies and the doors on the ends of the hotel were open and unlocked all the time so you did not have to use your room key card to unlock it to get in the building.

Pros: Location
Cons: Maintenance all over the building

This hotel has the possibility of being a great place. It needs a lot of maintenance. A hole in the wall next to the elevator. The carpet not attached to the floor in the elevator. The sheets and bedspread had small holes in them. The building just needs some TLC. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was fine.

Pros: breakfast and the pool
Cons: Cleaning the stairwells, elevator, fire your front desk staff
Poor customer service at front desk, none of the cleaning ladies spoke english, rundown facility and very dirty in the common areas. Breakfast was ok and the pool was the best part. The room was updated, but the rest of the facility was subpar. I will not stay here again.

The hotel is in deprorable conditions. There was no water in the shower. The best of this hotel was the Internet speed....more than 50 Mb!!! Awesome.

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: They need a professional carpet layer, especially in the elevator. And the Continental breakfast could be stepped up to be more appealing.
Location: Good location for shopping.
My original room had definitely not be cleaned and prepared for a new guest. I was given what I believe is a suite - large room and bath, refrigerator and dining table. Very large. The bed could use a new bedspread.

Outdated, dirty, overall unpleasent. I only stayed here because everything else was booked. In retrospect I should have slept in the car.

It's a bed

Pros: It was clean. Breakfast was okay but minimal.
Cons: TV only had one channel the day of checkout. Desk clerk said they turn off the cable at midnite if the guest is scheduled to check out that day.
Arrived around 11:30 PM the night of check-in (a busy weekend for Louisville, KY), and the clerk had an attitude with the customer ahead of me and with two potential customers on the phone. The day clerks were little different. We reserved for four people but had only two bath towels. When I asked for two more, the clerk/housekeeper/laundry room attendant/"concierge" gave me a hard time. He said that since they were so busy they couldn't "give extra towels to everybody who asks."

OK but not best

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Doing some overall maintenance on building.
Location: Location was great. Lots of restaurants, banks and all close by. It was also close to the interstate.
It is obvious that the hotel could use some updating. The vent in the bathroom squealed, the lock on the door would stick... I felt like the hotel had seen better days.
