Welcoming staff, basic but clean room, convenient to the freeway but a ways from downtown and attractions. You’ll have to drive a bit for non-chain food. No grocery on that end of town.

Decent hotel for Louisville
This was a decent hotel for the Louisville area. Rooms were clean and spacious and appeared to be newly renovated. The area didn't seem that great, however. The breakfast was very minimal.

Convenient, clean, classy
Had to choose a place quickly to stay while in Louisville and although I felt they could have offered a little discount for staying a full week, the hotel was clean, updated and quiet. Continental breakfast wasnt much more than cereal, honey buns and waffles but was enough to get you out the door in the mornings. Don't ask for extra towels and wash cloths though, especially while maids are still there. They will stand at your door waiting for the 2 dirty ones before giving you another. Good thing there was only 2 of us staying or I guess we would have had to share. Location was extremely convenient being seconds from Watterson Expressway. And again, was thankful for the quietness and that I didn't have to listen to traffic all night.

I like the location of hotel because it's close to my family. The carpet was dirty and smelled was the only thing wrong with this hotel. Also some of the door didn't work with the keys.

It was a good little trip my room was cool was clean everything was cool somebody was trying to get in my room but he was looking for the room next-door and the staff actually came up and let him in my room but the lock didn’t let him in but he was sorry for trying to get in the wrong room

Very pleased!
Service was excellent. The staff was willing to help me with everything I needed, along with their personal thoughts about how to experience Louisville with the little time that we had. Bathroom upgrade was complete and really nice. The rest of the room was ok, but plans are to upgrade that as well. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay for 2 nights.

We found a bedbug in our first room. Was given a second room. Found another bedbug. Front desk attendant had no idea what to do. We left and spent a lot more on a same-night booking.

Not a horrible hotel but when we come back to Louisville we won’t stay again. Its not located in a very nice neighborhood, only restaurants in the area are fast food and sirens were going off all night and day. The beds were comfy but both beds had hairs on the sheets and pillows. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, honey buns and little muffin packs . No fresh fruit. They do not keep the breakfast area stocked so once the honey buns are gone you are stuck with cereal or yogurt. I will say the night clerk was super friendly and helpful. When I asked about nondairy options she grabbed me a couple muffin packs so I would have them the next day.

Even though check in was at 2pm and we arrived after that there was not a room available. The room was fine for the night but there was no hot water in the morning. Overall probably won’t chose to stay here again.

When I first arrived I had trouble finding the entrance. The sign is somewhat blocked by bushes. But overall I had a great experience. It was clean and quiet. The man at the front desk was very nice. We talked a few minutes about where I was from and what sights were available.
