Wasn’t the cleanest but wasn’t the worst. Good location. Owners were towing people left and right so make sure you don’t forget your parking pass. I would stay again for a short trip

Had to change rooms 3 times. I accepted my 4th room which was average to poor—very old, run down with blood stain on my mattress (however these sheets were clean.) The breakfast was very limited, but some seemed to enjoy the ready to make pancakes. It was noisy until 12-1 on weekend nights. The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was fast.

The rooms were adequate. Comfy bed and pillows, good heat/ac. Shower head was hanging out of a broken wall but it had good pressure. Bad shampoo/conditioner, bring your own. Breakfast was constantly out of food and coffee and there was only one person working. Pancake machine was broken having trouble. Limited food options for Breakfast included bagels/pancakes/muffins/cereal/yogurt, no protein or hot items other than pancakes. The outside of the hotel was run down and the were homeless people on the property asking for help. The price and location were great and I would stay there again because it has all the basic requirements for a hotel and it was very affordable. Noisy street out front but HVAC fan muted the noise.

Didn’t end up staying there any nights and canceled my room right after getting it because at first they sent us to a room that was dirty. Then they sent us to a room that had cigarette butts under the pillows and toilet falling apart when we got there. We had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes. The lady worked in the front desk was not there because she was dealing with people breaking into units, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had

Convenient location. Only needed to stay one night and it was the most affordable option available. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel and could have been the specific room location (#200, odd spot above and around the office), but there was so much guest noise going on and it didn’t stop until about 4 in the morning. Walking, door slamming, chair scooting - constantly. Paper thin walls/floors. Literally jumped at times because the noise would be so startling and loud. Would have been willing to pay more to stay elsewhere just to be able to sleep.

Rooms were old and dingy. The refrigerator didn't work. The receptacles in the room were unsafe! I asked to have the refrigerator repaired and after an hour I called to find out if anyone was going to give us a working frig and I got the reply " oh I guess I forgot about you"!!! The heating unit never cycled off when it got to temperature!! We packed up and went to a different hotel!

All I can say to accurately describe our stay is you get what you pay for. Comfortable pricing compared to other properties nearby but it is noticeable in the condition of the unit. Bed sheets did not look clean and our room was non smoking but somehow we got a bed comforter with a cigarette burn on it. The tub could definitely use a deep clean and the sink pressure is out of control. We were afraid to turn on the heater cause it looked very dirty. However, very convenient microwave and fridge in the room and tv has many channels. Complimentary breakfast is not like a hot breakfast type but it beats having nothing.

Heater in room made so much noise I had to keep turning off to sleep until I would wake up freezing off and on all night. It was close to zero degrees outside. Night staff were incredibly rude putting it nicely- so I did not complain to them. I did not trust they would not retaliate

It’s a very basic Motel but in a great location (with a large homeless population but they keep to themselves) I chose this place because they had “complementary” breakfast and it was subpar, the bagels were stale and the cream cheese was gritty; the cereal dispenser also crushed the cereal which is easily fixed with a different container. Room was clean in all the right places but the rooms could use a good wipe down like the door. A few things that could used fixed are the fridge made an annoying noise like something was rattling and the toilet didn’t flush all the way.

Room next to mine had their tv on very loud all night long. I was able to hear everything they were watching, all night long. Room above me was stomping and banging around very loudly all night. And screaming and fighting outside during the night. Nothing to fault the staff for, but not a restful stay at all

The property is in the perfect location to walk to many bars and restaurants, also 4th street Live. Parking is easy, cheap, and convenient. There is even a small convenience store on the edge of the property

Iffy Impressions with Comfy Conditions
First impressions of this hotel may give you a little cause for concern. I checked in at around 11PM and was surprised to find the three story hotel had less than a dozen cars in the parking lot. Plus, as it was after 10PM, you could not enter in the lobby and check-in was done through a window. Despite the low bookings, my room was on the third floor. I made sure to park just below my door so I could keep an ear out for anyone potentially messing with my vehicle. After the sketchy arrival and check-in, the room itself was clean and comfortable. Bonus that Papa John’s across the street was open for some late night food. Shower had good hot water. Didn’t utilize the available breakfast. Definitely an economy lodging.

Comfortable stay in downtown Louisville. Downtown sounds a little loud. Convenient free parking. Wifi abysmally poor. Might be better closer to office. Bed comfortable; shower great. Floor could be cleaner. Great for our needs (except for the wifi)--needed something economical close to the convention center.

This motel is a great value. It's a bit noisy but not enough to bother my sleeping. It's not fancy, but it's an easy walk to things in the downtown, so it's convenient. Very clean.
