“Great place to stay on business.”

Very friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Free wi-fi. Far from downtown, unfortunately, but close to stores.

“A+++ hotel with top service, wonderful food and comfortable rooms”

Went to Louisville for the Breeders Cup and cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were with this hotel. From the second you walk in you can just tell that the employees care about customer service and making sure you have a perfect stay! The complimentary breakfast is insane - absolutely anything you could imagine cooked to order including omlettes, waffles, french toast, fruit, 8 kinds of bread, yogurt, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, juices, coffees, etc. etc. etc. Happy hour at night includes free drink and snacks!!! The rooms are spacious and include a mini fridge so you can store some snacks, along with a microwave and coffee maker. We also ordered room service and the food came quickly and was delicious. It was an easy 15 min drive to the airport & Churchill Downs and a quick hour to Lexington. Plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. 2 minutes from the hotel. I wish every hotel I stayed in was as great as this one.

“It has great amenities, but lacks in some areas”

We came here last year and had a great time. We truly enjoy the free full cooked to order breakfast. The beds are so comfortable that I actually slept better there then I do at home. We also love the free in room internet access for our laptop. It's also great that they have 4 computers in the lobby that any guest can use. Now for the cons....The hot tub wasn't working during our stay. There were hairs in our bathroom floor upon arrival, but was cleaned when housekeeping came the next day. The tub in our room wasn't fully functional. The spout was stuck in the up position for showers only. It appeared to be welded because it wasn't moving. I wish the hotel was pet friendly. We still enjoyed our stay and would come here again. I will just call first to make sure everything was in working order.

“very nice hotel”

I was really impressed with this hotel. The atrium area is really pretty, and the glass elevator is a nice touch. The rooms were larger than I expected, with an extra sink outside of the bathroom and a vanity table in the bedroom, both of which are very convenient. Everything was really clean, the bathroom especially. Definitely the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. They have a complementary hot breakfast buffet and an omelet bar...everything was very tasty and the service was great! There were computers in the lobby with a printer...which was handy when I needed to print out travel directions. This hotel went above and beyond my expectations, and I would highly recommend staying here.

“I always look for Embassy Suites before other hotels.”

I like Embassy Suites. They are relatively inexpensive for all the ammenities that you get especially the breakfast. Hot, fresh cooked and lots of choices. Beautiful atrium.

“Hospitality at it's best!”

Room was nice, except it kind of smelled like smoke. I think I had a non-smoking room. It was clean and spacious. Best part was Happy Hour from 5:30-7:30. After spending hours at a baseball tournament it was great having free appetizers and drinks and just lounging around talking with friends. Will definitely stay at Embassy Suites again.

“Friendly staff.”

When we travel as a family, we normally stay at Embassy Suites. They have it all. Cooked to order breakfast, managers happy hour, pool, suite rooms, etc. This hotel provided superb accommodations and the staff was very friendly.

“Perfect Location”

Clean, great service, great breakfast, wished there was popcorn at manager's reception. Expedia's price was $20 cheaper then everywhere else...and I mean everywhere.
