A 3 star hotel really?

Location: great location
Got to the hotel in the evening and had reservations and had to stand in line to check in for 15 minutes, there were 10 people ahead of me. I finally get the key to the room and we go in a back entrance were there were leaves and trash in the hall. We get up to the floor the elevator stops but the doors don't open. We don't know if we are at the floor or between floors. My brother forces the doors open and lucky we are at the right floor. In the hall we see stains on the carpet. At this point I have seen enough but everything else is booked in this area because of an event in Louisville. We go into the room, stains on the carpet, baseboard molding by one of the beds is partially off just lying on the floor. The light fixture between the beds has chunks of plastic that have cracked out of the shades. When we turned it on it sounded like it was arcing in the wall, if you could get it to stay on. The tv channels were all fuzzy except 3. The towel rack was rusty in the bath. The thermostat did not work, we were either too hot or cold. The tv cable just came out of a jagged hole in the wall. Our balcony door would not latch so you need something to put up against it to hold it closed. This place was a dump. Who ever rated this a 3 was blind.

A Once Grand Property, I'm Sure

Booked room here because of late notice of needing to attend an event in the area. Pre-paid for four nights. Long story short, I left without spending the first night. Rooms, hallways, doorways in terrible shape. Elevator smelled like hydraulic fluid. Only marginally decent thing was room's bathroom was okay. The kicker reason I didn't stay, though, was the feeling of being completely unsafe in the parking lot. Very dark, virtually no lighting. Entry on the corner was hidden from view.

Aucun chauffage, aucun ménage, déjeuner minable !!

Pros: Seulement son emplacement , elle était tout de même assez proche du Freedom Hall Center et de l'aéroport, le service de navette est apprécié.
Cons: Plus de chauffage , partout, et plus de personnel, c'est sale et on ne voit personne dans l'hotel apport à la réception et le chauffeur de la navette.
Location: Il y a une grosse artère à traversé pour se rendre à trois restaurants en face, bien situé entre l'aéroport et le Freedom Hall Center.
Il n'y avait aucun chauffage dans l'hotel, le lobby était glacial,à l'endroit où nous prenions le déjeuner aussi on gelais, le chauffage dans la chambre ne fonctionnais pas, nous avons dormis tous habiller, le déjeuner n'était vraiment pas fameux, même celui qu'on devait payer, le café était froid, même l'employée responsable se promenait avec son manteau et un foulard tellement il fessait froid. Nous avions réservé sur expedia une chambre avec deux lits double et un divan-lit, qui était inexistant, on nous a donné un lit pliant, hyper inconfortable avec très peu de couverture. Même pas installer dans la chambre, à notre arrivé le lit était dans le passage. Nous partions tôt le matin, et le déjeuner n'était pas servi avant 7h, et c'était inscrit 6h am. A notre arrivé nous avons parlé au gérant de l'erreur de la chambre, mais l'hotel était pleine a craqué, impossible de changer, nous avions remarqué que le chauffage était très bas mais nous nous sommes dit à notre retour la chambre va être plus confortable étant donné que nous avons augmenté le chauffage ! ERREUR!! Nous revenions tard le soir et le gérant n'était pas présent pour que nous lui parlions du problème, la seule fois que nous l'avions rencontrer c'est à notre départ, il ne nous a pas cru nous disant qu'il vérifie toutes les chambres avant de la réserver. Il nous a demandé par contre de faire un bon commentaire sur TripAdvisor !! Et oublier la femme de ménage, je crois qu'il n'y en a pas. Séjour 2 jours.

This hotel has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The night we were to check in they didn't have our reservations. Then they tried to accommodate us in separate single bed rooms only to find out those rooms didn't have hot water. Then they found us other rooms only to check in and find garbage still in the trash, coffee and filter still in the coffee pot, hair in the bath tub, totally disgusting. The night we checked in it was 12 am when we got there and it was 2 am until we finally got a room. By far the worst hotel ever.

Location: only went there with grand kids to pick out a puppy.
paid160.00 for a 45.00 room. all hotels were booked or else we would have left. the few staff we met were friendly but it seemed like they showed up but did no work. greatful we only had to stay 1 night.

Hotel dirty,keys to room not work not clean

Rooms keys never worked after 4 trips to desk across road finally had to get let in by staff.wait at front desk was always 45min to 90 min.would like to request a refund!

Old and tired facility in not-so-nice area

Location: Lots of cheap eats around like Shoneys and White Castle if you like that.
To put it bluntly - this facility looks 40 years old. Does not appear to have been maintained. Dirty, rust-streaked exterior, old and not well maintained interior. Hallways were dark and cold with buckling carpets, patch-painted walls. The fitness center does not have a single working piece of cardio equipment. All broken and left to collect dust. Poor and inconsistent heating throughout. This hotel needs to completely renovate or close its doors. My guess is the latter will happen very soon.

Checked out immediately after realizing that the room stank of mold, the pillow cases were stained yellow, and there was no hot water
