The check-in process was quick and smooth. I was in my room within 10 minutes of arriving. The lobby was nice and it was easy to find my way around the hotel. However, the room had a bad smell. It smelled like someone had been in our room cooking fish. We sprayed air freshener and pushed through it. My friends and I just needed somewhere to get ready and sleep for the night. Had it been a longer stay I would have asked to be changed to a different room. I was attending a concert at the KFC Yum center and the skywalk made it so incredibly convenient to get there. That was honestly my favorite part. I don’t know if the room we stayed in doesn’t get booked often because we had other friends stay in a different room and they didn’t notice any smells. I would be willing to give this hotel another try but stay in a different room.

I was underwhelmed by the staff knowledge at check in. I had to ask for the bracelet that allowed guests on property later in my weekend stay and the lady looked at me as if she had no idea what was going on.

Housekeeping and custodial staff were very nice and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants within the 2 buildings and close facilities. It was a very nice experience. Easy checkin and check out.

The property average with normal amenities and no microwave. The front desk staff was inattentive and unprofessional. There was a fire alarm as we walked into the hotel and no one directed us as to what to do or go next. The front desk attendants looked as us and walked away. Most likely will not stay there again.

I really loved the apartment we were given because of the issue with our 2nd room not being ready which was to be an adjoining room. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Bernard was wonderful and took care of us moving our belongings from the one room to the apartment. The view was amazing!

We were in town for a tournament at the KICC and this hotel was literally two blocks from the main entrance. Water views from all around the property and many restaraunts a coffee shop are a plus. The two queen room was one of the roomiest I've ever stayed in and we loved the space we had. We loved that they came in and freshened our room each day. Our room was not exceptionally clean. The beds and bathroom were clean, but we found someone else's toenail clippings on the carpets--yuck! There were also sticky spots on the desk and bedside tables. It needed a better overall cleaning before we stayed. Our room in the east tower, even on a high floor, faced the KFC center and one night there were SO MANY car alarms going off that it was hard to sleep before 1am because of the noice, even with the fan on constant. We didn't receive the friendliest service at the coffee shop over our few visits there--staff seemed more interested in one another than the customers. Overall, the location was outstanding and amenities were good.

2 weeks ago I booked another hotel in Louisville, The Omni, received confirmation from you and when I called the hotel a day before I went there, the reservation was never made. After calling and talking to someone at your reservations department, I FINALLY got someone that I could understand and they let me choose another hotel at the same price because of YOUR ERROR. I was very upset but chose the Galt House and they gave it to me for the same price as I paid at the Omni. We ended up with a suite water view room and IT WAS AWESOME!!! It definitely made the error your company made a little more forgiving, HOWEVER I was still upset about the error. Had I not called to tell them we'd be a late arrival, I wouldn't have even known that I didn't have a reservation until I got there, still very upsetting!!! but thank you for correcting the erro

First I would like to say that having to pay for parking is ridiculous due to there is no where else to park around there so there is no option. 2. It’s a bit confusing when you first pull up to check in. 3. Since you have to pay for parking use that money to buy more lights since it’s very dark in the garage. 4. The hotel was beautiful rooms were very large and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and will defiantly return and recommend.

Current stay was 4 nights. Overall rating 4.3/5…Over all this hotel Is a great option. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The dining options are great. Big shout out to Swizzle and the conservatory, to great options for that fancy dinner or that casual drink at the bar. The little gift shop inside was a great addition in the west tower. Pretty neat stuff in there. The con, and literally only one for me. The bed(s) are not the most comfortable, the pillow in the other hand superb. I will rebook this hotel anytime I’m flying in. Staff was efficient but not very informative. I'm accustomed to hotel staff providing suggestions and recommendations upon check-in. I'm also accustomed to receiving a receipt from the hotel upon check out. I had an adequate experience at Jockey Silks and the hotel itself was decent. The size of the room was nice. However, the parking garage is very low. I was quite afraid that it was going to rip the roof of my car off at times and the garage could use better wayfinding to get to the elevator into the hotel, as well as better lighting.

This hotel is a beautiful property conveniently located near museums and the river. Our room had a beautiful view, and everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Parking was convenient, as well. We paid to park in the parking garage, and we felt very safe.
