2 weeks ago I booked another hotel in Louisville, The Omni, received confirmation from you and when I called the hotel a day before I went there, the reservation was never made. After calling and talking to someone at your reservations department, I FINALLY got someone that I could understand and they let me choose another hotel at the same price because of YOUR ERROR. I was very upset but chose the Galt House and they gave it to me for the same price as I paid at the Omni. We ended up with a suite water view room and IT WAS AWESOME!!! It definitely made the error your company made a little more forgiving, HOWEVER I was still upset about the error. Had I not called to tell them we'd be a late arrival, I wouldn't have even known that I didn't have a reservation until I got there, still very upsetting!!! but thank you for correcting the erro
