Great location, clean and comfortable! The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and bars and just a five minute drive to the Eva Bandman Cyclocross Park.

Nice updated Hampton hotel experience. Rooms were clean. Lobby was nice with lots of social space.

In Louisville for Ironman

From the start the employees were so warm and welcoming. The hospitality was second to none.

Great Staff

Pros: It was clean. This was my main concern.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: There are a good number of museums and galleries to choose to visit and plenty places to eat-all a short ride or walk away from the hotel.
I really appreciated the staff. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping to those who assisted at the complimentary breakfast to the drivers who took my grandson and me wherever we needed to go-all were super friendly, helpful and courteous. One example: I had not coordinated my checkout time with my flight to return home. I wasn't sure if the front desk receptionist would do it because we checkout just before noon, but I asked anyway for a ride to the airport. She happily agreed to arrange for a driver to pick us up at 5 PM from the museum where we had spent the afternoon. It rained pretty heavy on and off that day. I really appreciated this courtesy. I would definitely stay at Hampton Inn on my next visit to Louisville.

Not much to write it's a Hampton

Pros: Clean and elevator was fast enough. Very solid, quiet rooms.
Cons: Could you please put a TV channel listing in the room? The chair we had looked like it needed a fabric cleaning.
Location: Loved the Slugger museum but it's a long walk. Bats game closer than to most hotels.
The location wasn't too idyllic. Lots of walking to the museum, ballpark and the restaurants a few blocks away on mainstreet and fourth. They were all very busy catering to a big wedding but we were given a pass and allowed to park our car until our room was ready. Breakfast was included ant good and fresh. There was a torrential downpour but they never lost power.

Little over priced

I've stayed at this hotel before and usually have a good experience. The staff wasn't all that friendly this time. We went for 4th street live for my birthday. We got back to the hotel that night and received a call that we're going to thrown out if didn't keep it down. I believe they had the wrong room, we passed several people going in and out of a room on the way to ours. They were noisy to us, the person who made the call was rude about it as well. The parking isn't very good or safe feeling either. The rooms were good and clean. Beds soft but the pillows were horrible made my neck hurt. Didn't like having to pay up front either, Rather been able to pay cash at check in than giving my card because now I still have a $10 hold on debt card from hotel that I don't understand why it's still pending. Location and staff isn't worth $200 a night that's for sure.
