“Great hotel”

It was more than I expected. I figured it was gonna be the standard room with a bed, tv, and a table and chair. It had a full kitchen, recliner, two chairs at the table, and the little store was great. I will be back.

We love staying at Candlewood when we are in Louisville for National Quartet Convention. The kitchen facilities allow us to save money on food. The people are very friendly and service is always great.

This hotel is the best for the price i have stayed in. All the amenities were first class. Plush towels, comfortable sheets, a plush recliner chair and clean common areas. I booked two more weeks for my next stay.

“Wheelchair accessible suite”

I did not need a wheelchair accessible room, but if I had my Mom with me, who is in a wheelchair, I would have found the accomodations very user-friendly! There was plenty of room to navigate and turn, and an extra wide doorway to the bathroom. The bed was great! Anyone who needs these facilities would be happy with the accomodations.

Very Nice Staff. I had arrived without my toiletries. they provided everything I needed in a small bag almost immediately, including ibuprofen for my headache!

“Clean the windows”

Other than the windows that have notr been cleaned for months, the room was good. The reclining chair, the bed, the TV, and the kitchen appliances were very convenient. The hotel staff was friendly.

“Not impressed”

the overall room was dated back and the room was not clean. not a high level of service from the staff and rooms was noisy. The location was good, but the overall rooms need to be updated mostly in the bathrooms.
