“Great weekend!”

We had a great stay, our girls loved the pool, we loved the hot tub! Comfortable beds, very clean, staff was very pleasant. We were not too impressed with the breakfast, definitely not worth the money, but we just went out the second morning. Really good experience, would definitely stay there again!

“I thought Hilton was associated with "Class"”

Overall the hotel was pretty classy, everything was spotless, except for the coffee cups, plates and silverware. Most of the negative was at breakfast the first morning. We had one server in a bad mood, she made three trips past our table after I asked for coffee, she brought the juice my buddy wanted on the first trip back. I finally got my own coffee five minutes later. The "Buffet" wasnt a buffet at all, we filled out a card on the table, and the server gave the order to a "Chef" who then burnt the eggs, but left the biscuit,( singular), gravy, hash browns and minute sausage patty stone cold, and all for just $9.95!! We could have three times as much food at Denny's for half as much. I tried to say something to the front desk clerk at that time but there was nobody at the front desk. There was a note saying they would be back in a short time, and that they were busy attending other guests, I guess I was just a potted plant that morning.I tried again to say something to the front desk,, when we left for the day, but the note was there again(Still?). I did mention the bad experience the desk when we checked out the next morning, but some older lady behind the desk just said I should have said something earlier, and she would have taken it off my bill. She was kinda snooty and condescending, I guess because I didnt have on a silk suit and Bruno Magli's.

“Comfortable beds and great staff”

My friends and I were very impressed with our room. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable! We slept very well. We ate the buffet for breakfast and had a delightful, attentive waitress. Shopping mall with many shops an restaurants across the street. Couldn't have been more pleased.

“The nicest Hilton Garden Inn we have ever stayed in!”

We went to Louisville Kentucky for the Kentucky Derby. We wanted stay away from the main traffic areas of Churchill downs, and chose the 20 minute drive to the Summit area. The area was a very clean, and modern area, with superb shopping. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn NE, located on Park Plaza. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the entry was, and the staff was so very welcoming. After checking in, we were very pleased at how clean and well maintained the hotel interior and our room was. I am not sure how to put it, but I detest staying in hotels. I left this place, saying, "I will definitely stay here again". One of the nicest, cleanest hotel and the warmest staff I can ever recall.

“Excellent Location”

We had a fantastic time in Louisville, and staying at the Hilton Garden Inn NE was a great decision. Surrounding location was terriffic, and convenient to downtown and other attractions.
