Very nice staff, clean and quiet room. I wouldn’t not stay here in the future, I just wouldn’t look at it first next time. The room wasn’t what I would consider a suite. If you’re sitting on the commode lock the bathroom door. If someone opens it WILL hit your knees. It’s that small.

Pool was not open. We had a dog and they put us in a floor right next to the elevator which we could hear ALL NIGHT LONG. This disturbed us and the dog so we got little to no sleep. The charge for a pet friendly hotel was $40.00 per night. When I complained via email, it took NUMEROUS emails and one stated we had cancelled our reservation and didn’t stay there so I attached the receipt. Came back with the same comment so I called customer service. 1st resolution was to enroll me for points. No thanks. Then I am supposedly getting a voucher for $40.00 for a future stay at a best western even though I had asked the dog fee to be waived.

The property was very noisy, kids screaming consistently, people banging their luggage in the hallway, screaming adults. I checked out a day early due to not being able to sleep. I was met with the staff arguing with me on checking out. I wanted to be checked out at 11:15 which was the time I was leaving and not at 3am. The staff was just rude. Would not recommend as a place you want to stay for business trip or getting away from your home as rest time.

They were able to switch us to another room that had a king size bed and sofa bed instead of room with 2 double beds. Only draw back was the Saturday night party that lasted until 1:00 am and it felt like my room was right above it. The lady said they have a dance party every Saturday night. Other than that it was convenient to the Fairgrounds.

We were there for a 5 day convention. All of the staff were very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the air fresheners. The lobby and the 3rd floor where we stayed. It was way too strong and was terrible for allergies. The one on the 3rd floor, by the elevators, blasts you with fragrance as soon as the doors open. I wanted to hold my breath waiting for the elevator.

There were tons of black ants everywhere in our room. Bathroom was disgusting. Extremely dirty. We told the front desk, they wouldn’t put us in a different room. They were not helpful at all. Said there was nothing they could do. Will never stay there again

Stay was great until I discovered 2 cockroaches on the desk at about midnight. I checked in at 9:30 p.m. and had to be back at 7 a.m. so it wasn't worth making a fuss over.

Good location for Iroquois Concerts
Nice mid-range hotel. Very clean. Cordial, polite staff. We were vetted on check-in more thoroughly than ever - quizzed on zip code, license info - very curious about that. We’d rate the breakfast as a tick below Holiday Inn Express or Hampton (but the bacon was perfect!). Very convenient to Iroquois Amphitheater. There appeared to be some kind of event here on the Saturday night we were there - wow, very packed in the lobby & lot. A note to whoever designed the dining area: the aisles between tables are WAY too narrow. Overall we were happy with the accommodations and would stay here again,

Great hotel, with limited shuttle service
We stayed to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel was clean, and the service was very good. Our only complaint is that their shuttle service didn't start until after we had to be at the airport, so we had to take an Uber to the airport. That sort of defeated the purpose of staying there. Why call yourself an airport hotel if you can't get guests to the airport in time for their flights?
