Reasonably priced close to downtown Louisville, KYPosted Jul 27, 2015
Room was adequate for sleeping. Needs updating in decor and bathroom. Tissue box falling off sink, floor needed good cleaning. Smelled a little musty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had trouble parking as lot was full. Had to park on back street behind hotel.

Small room. Walls thinner than paper. Other patrons were up all night walking the halls and making noise. Staff was great. If you have to stay then it's ok. Not much more than that

Not the fanciest hotel, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. Free WiFi, breakfast was just donuts and coffee.

Not worth the money.Posted Jun 29, 2015
This hotel was ~$100/night and for that I expected more. It was not clean and smelled of smoke in every inch of the property. The room was incredibly cramped as well. Breakfast was uninspiring (cereal, toast, coffee) and was served in a very small cramped space. While surrounding hotels were $20-30 more per night, it would be worth spending the extra money for a more pleasant stay.

OkPosted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The hotel was in a good location compared to where we needed to be that weekend.
Cons: Better trained employees, cleaner rooms.
Location: My granddaughter was in the Miss Kentucky Pageant and this hotel was located within walking distance to hotel where the pageant was being held.
It was ok, but both rooms had a musty smell in them. When we went to check out of our rooms we were told we had to wait 5-10 minutes because the lady working the front deck had left in a van & the gentleman didn't know how to check any of us out.

Louisville visitPosted Apr 25, 2015 on Hotels
I booked a smoking room because it was the only one available. The fourth floor was clearly the smoking area and I found the smell permeated my clothes so that I need to wash everything now I am home. The continental breakfast was cold cereal or donuts. The staff were friendly and able to provide extra coffee sachets, but no hair conditioner. I thought the bath/shower floor was slippery and would have appreciated a rubber mat.

Have stayed here often. Great new paint job & all new carpets. Convenient & quiet. Preferred place to stay in Louisville.

Okay for the pricePosted Apr 16, 2015 on Hotels
This hotel was good for the price. The rooms were very small but clean. The beds were somewhat hard and the linens certainly weren't luxurious. They had the thinnest blankets I had ever seen. The continental breakfast wasn't much, just a selection of donuts, two types of cereal and a basket of apples, oranges and very green bananas. But again, for the price I paid, it was okay.
