Parking garage was always full so don’t pre-pay for parking in case you cannot park there. Hyatt garage is attached and much cheaper.

would have given a 5 except for the price for parking. this may be the prevailing price in the area but that doesn't make it reasonable. this is something that should be disclosed before reservation is made.

It was nice the booking wasn’t in their computer so I had to wait for my room unfortunately, during my stay the place smelt like smoke supposed to be non smoking but I loved the view

The Hotel is Central Located. Overpriced Extra charge of 9.99 for wifi a 40 dollar charge for parking Overpriced Breakfast. One Morning no Hot water, no reimbursement not even a sorry.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The girls that work at the bar were especially sweet. The restaurant- The Porch- had great food! Everything is very clean! We enjoyed our stay!

Great fun weekend family trip. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and nice. Only issue was the heated pool was really cold. It stated it’s a heated indoor pool but not sure about that.

Excellent hotel choice!
Diego checked us in in the first night and was SO helpful with answering lots of questions and helping us with all our late night arrival needs. Loved the hotel decor. All staff was more than helpful and super friendly. Definitely recommend!

The hotel proprty is nice and clean. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for parking: once with my Expedia reservation and again by the hotel property. After a 45 minute call with Expedia, I have no resolution. I most likely will not use Expedia again nor stay at this hotel.

Very cool ambiance in the lobby for gathering and having fun! There is a Starbucks in the lobby too! As well as a really amazing real restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner! We went with football families for a game and we didn’t need to go anywhere else all weekend besides the game and our hotel!
