Dirty, bugs and possible bed bugsPosted Dec 18, 2013
Pros: Good selection of breakfast items. Tile in bathroom looked like it had been done recently. Very comfortable beds in our room.
Cons: Possible bed bugs, bugs and BIG cobwebs in our room, dirty carpets throughout and a very cold indoor pool. We kept our shoes on in the room.
Location: Near an abandoned building and a little scary at night. Near the expressway and the convention center.
The indoor pool was very cold in a large drafty area. It was supposedly heated, but 2 of our kids were covered in goose bumps and lasted only 10 minutes. Our room had a lot of broken down things, like broken lamp switches, a leaky bathtub faucet, an unidentifiable substance on the kitchenette floor made it greasy and slippery. Parts of the rubber or plastic baseboards around the room were peeling away. The carpet in the room was dirty. All the corners and tight spaces were covered in dust. The hallways throughout our area were very dirty. We found a couple of stink bugs in the room and there were BIG dusty cob webs in two of the corners of the room with bugs in them. Several of the towels were stained even though they appeared to be clean and fresh. The suite we stayed in was roomy and breakfast had a good assortment of choices. The heating in the room was also very good. The mattresses were comfy. When we were down in the lobby, two different hotel guests complained to the front desk that they had bed bugs in their room and were asking for a refund. One of the guests had brought one down in an ice bucket to show the front desk clerk. We went back and checked our beds and under the mattresses but didn't find any, so we stayed because it was late and our kids were settled in. At first the dirt in the hallway and the run-down condition of the hotel didn't bother me too much because it was a good deal, but then after hearing of the bed bugs and finding bugs in our room, I just started really noticing all the dirt and dilapidated condition of the hotel in general.

Pros: Spencer who checked us in was great. The shower was very nice.
Cons: The rooms could have been cleaned better and the cleaning staff could have been a little more helpful.
Location: I did like that it was close to were we could get back on the parkway we needed and that there was a service station across the street.
Spencer who checked us in was so very nice and helpful, he was the only good thing about our stay. He made us feel welcome and has great customer service skills. One of the worst experiences was with the cleaning ladies, I found it very difficult to communicate with them, I understand that not everyone speaks english but when you bring out a handful of towels and they give you sheets that is a problem. Because they could not understand my simple needs they had me get what I needed off their cart. I needed towels and new trash bags not anything out of the ordinary. Maybe at least one of the people should be able to communicate in some english. I am not racist but have always worked in a job with customer service and if I can not make a customer happy I try to find someone who can. We were also not able to control our thermostat, we were there for for five nights and did not know if we were gonna freeze or roast every time we came back to the room. The shower was nice.

Shabby at bestPosted Oct 13, 2013
Wanted a first floor room bc we were traveling with a dog. None available even tho they stated 50% occupancy. Then they gave us a room nowhere our car could be in sight. They kindly moved us upon request. The property needs a major renovation!

Easy to get to.Posted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: Bed was comfy, Internet, cable, Pizza Hut delivers to your room :-)
Cons: Check light bulbs. Make a better spot next to the bed to plug things in.
Location: All I know is the airport is close. And taxi from the hotel to there is inexpensive. :-)
Lights in my room didn't work, smelled like it was a smoking room when I had requested a non-smoking room. People at the desk were nice enough.... Very helpful with getting a cab company for me, and easy to check in and out. Wasn't a huge fan of the full length glass walls on the front of the room, especially since the curtains were also a bit see through... Bathroom is tiny!! But is well kept. Other than that it was fine. I literally only spent a few hours there. Early early flight the following morning

Quality Inn crackhead & hooker abodePosted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: Oh yeah, I especially enjoyed the Oder of urine in the stairway.
Cons: The only thing that could improve my experience at the Quality Inn would be a bulldozer!
I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (1 room for my husband & I the other for my son & his friend). We checked into our rooms around 3:00PM. There were people hanging around the outside doors. I felt like I was being watched every time I went outside. I was right! Obviously a family of four traveling with a lap dog must be a disguise for a prostitution ring because the low life scum started knocking on our room door by 5:00. The dirt bags who were hanging out in the parking lot in the afternoon were high and yelling at each other. When I called the front desk to repot the safety problems, they didn't care. It was 5:00 in the afternoon! How bad was it going to get once it turned night!?! We packed our bags and left Quality Inn. The hotel said they would not refund my money. I am completely nauseated by the whole experience!

Do not stay herePosted Aug 13, 2013
Pros: The pool. I've never seen an indoor pool like that.
Cons: Better up keep. Upgrade the beds and linens.
Location: It's near a lot of things and plenty of stores.
The fridge didn't work, there was a frozen TV dinner in the freezer that was frozen into the freezer and couldn't be removed. The bed had a permanent dip where the mattress was worn down and the sheets were old and worn. No shower pressure at all in the shower. After a 9 hour drive it was not comfortable at all. The front desk attendant was nice though at check in.

Terrible-the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Posted Jul 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
I am a travel agent and this hotel should be closed down. I can't believe it carries the name Quality Inn. The rooms are nasty, AC doesn't work but worst the hotel is full of down and outs who clearly live there. There were parties everywhere, loud drunk people all over the place. We moved rooms twice but got zero sleep. Terrible. Would have been better off sleeping in my car.
