“I'd go back”
Everything was good except the pee wee footballers in from Cleveland. The little guys were running up and down the hallways knocking on doors but then again it wasn't their fault but the parents that were to have been watching them. The morning I was to leave my back went out on me and having taken pain pills I asked the management if i could stay beyond the ckeckout time of 11. They were very kind to let me sleep in. Very kind of them and appreciated!
“Great Hotel, Great Price”
Great value for the money. Located right off the highway. Would stay again.
“"Worse than expected"”
Though I wasn't expecting much more than a roof over my head for a short weekend with a good location, I was terrified with the smell of old wet towels, stained walls, and cigarette burned holes in the bedsheets. The icing on the cake was while packing up to leave the room I found a cut in half old beer can that had appeared to be used as drug paraphenalia under the bed I slept in for several nights. The only positives was that they did have a shuttle to get around that was reasonably priced with a courteous driver, as well as a decent location.
“Very musty smell!”
Superficially, the facility was nice (and the service was good) but the room smelled like a moldy gym locker. There was mold growing between the tiles in the bathroom, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling off, and the baseboard below the bathroom sink was positively warped and rotten with mildew.
“Awesome”
We had the penthouse king room with a whirlpool tub. Loved it! Great hotel!
“Bang For The Buck”
This is a good "bang for the buck" hotel. Nice clean room and friendly people.
“Great Deal for the Price and Location”
My best friend and I went to Louisville for our very first Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert. It was our first time in the city, so I chose this hotel because it was less than 2 miles to the venue, The Palace. The street sign had been removed (they were replacing all the ones in the area), which made locating the hotel more difficult than it normally would've been. The furnishings when we entered were very slightly dated but quite clean, and the pleasant, attentive woman at the front desk chatted with us about our trip. She offered us a free upgrade to a king bed with jacuzzi (rather than the double we reserved), and helped us find everything we needed. She even pointed us to the best restaurant, Cunningham's, which is the city's oldest and right across the street from The Palace. The manager the next morning was much less pleasant, but she was amazing, and so was our trip. It was a great deal for its proximity to Downtown Louisville!
“terrible dirty stinky”
The title says it all. We were afraid of catching something. The towels were yellow, they put the bed covers on the floor then back on the bed, guys were standing outside the hotel late at night. We left after two nights and had five booked
“I might go back”
The hotel was great and the staff was very helpful, the only thing i didnt enjoy was the hours of the pool should be open later and there were ants in my room.
“The Worst Condition Hotel I've Staid in Lately!”
The hallway smelled like marijuana and my room had a funky smell. The bathroom was dirty and the room was outdated. If I didn't prepay, I wouldn't have stayed.
