Super

The staff at the front desk during my stay was great. As others where checking in the staff was super with the rush of people the staff was still patience.

I was given a smoking room that made me nauseous... There was no other room available. my clothes got impregnated with the cigaret smoke odor... I was not told I would have to take this room and all other hotels were booked and expensive...

This the second stay at this Inn for us. We selected this Inn originally because it was close to our grandson's location. We are glad we did.

Good hotel no heat

Posted Apr 6, 2015
We got in late eat night and went straight to bed but the heater wasn't working properly. We turned it up to 90 and it was still blowing out cold air.

Disgusting

Posted Mar 28, 2015
It was a nasty room, on the very back side of the motel/hotel - right by a dumpster. This room was booked in error on Expedia. Ramada did refer to its Sellersburg, IN location as "North", & that is the one I wanted the reservation for. When I called the "Louisville North"- Zorn Ave location to get it switched, I was told that there wasn't a manager there to authorize it.

The river was flooded, and was interesting .

Posted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: Was quite.
Cons: The bed was harder then a pile of rocks.
Location: There is a Mexican Resturant right there. Just a few miles away is downtown Louisville with plenty to do.
The only complained I wished they opened the breakfast service sooner.

The hotel was nice. Very quite. The bar/Mexican restaurant was a plus side to my stay. was close enough to downtown but was out enough to navigate beings it was my first time driving to Louisville alone. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay again :)

Cheap Motel

Posted Mar 16, 2015
This is NOT a hotel. It is a MOTEL. The bathrooms are tiny and the toliets didnt flush well. You can hear everything through the walls. I would not stay here again.

Motel not hotel.

Reserved a nonsmoking room, but only had a nonsmoking room available. Rooms are dated. Could hear people in the parking lot all night.

Doesn't look like it does in the pictures

Old!! Lots of walking from room to lobby, doesn't have elevators. Not located close to where I had wanted to stay. Still haven't returned the charge that they charged to my debt card on the 27th and it was suppose to be with in 72 hours
