Pros: room was very nice but not what we booked
Cons: service....and give free breakfast buffet to everyone... hotel is like a maze... couldn't use luggage rack , 3 steps down to street level...just crazy
Location: Louisville convention center for truck show
we wanted a king with a sofa bed and rollaway. When I got to the room there was somebody already in it (somebody at the desk never pressed booked button). I went and complained and they (Shaun) said the only other available was 2 doubles with a sofa bed and they could give me a roll away bed. I had no choice (convention week) so I took it. I asked when the free breakfast buffet starts and he said not all rooms get free breakfast. He gave be free coupons for breakfast sandwiches (we never used).I specifically booked this Ramada because of the King bed and free breakfast buffet. Would never go back, never stay at a Ramada again. Total disorganized.

Very disappointing

Posted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: Attendants in the coffee bar were friendlily and helpful. Food was good for breakfast. After asking for a list of restaurants, I was given a list an
Cons: Front desk staff need training in how to great and help guest.
Location: Was not hard to find and there was a good variety of fast food and restaurants with in ½ mile to 2 miles.
1. When I checked in the front desk clerk was not friendly. He seemed to busy to answer my questions, The toilet in my room would not flush unless I hold the flush lever down until all the water empty’s from the bowl. After that it took a long time to refill. 2. The second night of my stay when I returned to may room I noticed when my room was cleaned, no bath towels were left. I called the front desk and asked about bath towels. They said they would bring some to my room. About 15 minutes later a lady knocked on my door and handed me a pillow case filled with something and said here are your towels. After I closed the door, I looked inside the pillow case and pulled out several hand towels and wash cloths as well as what appeared to be towel mats for the floor. I called the front desk again and told the desk clerk what I had been given. He said he would bring me some bath towels. This time a man came and brought me 3 folded bath towels.

You Get what you Pay for!

Pros: It was clean, good location from Convention center, easy on and off from highway.
Cons: Staff needs to be educated on how to treat guests.
I did not go into this stay with high expectations, and was not wrong. The hotel and room were clean, and was comfortable. The paper thin walls were not a problem until about 2 am when slamming doors was the thing to do down the hall. The worst part of the stay was the staff, the front desk clerk (John) was the rudest most demeaning person I had come across in a long time. All I can say to somebody like that, is if its that bad of a job that it allows you to treat GUESTS like you did, you should find a job that makes you happy.

Nice hotel for the money

Couldn't beat the price at this hotel. The hotel seems a little bit run down but still nice. The pool was nice, the staff was great. The housekeepers were very friendly . We stayed for 4 nights. When back in the area we will stay at this hotel again.

2 night stay

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Rooms were clean and well stocked, non smoking
Cons: More staff availability, complimentary or less expensive light breakfast, 10:00 quiet time,
Location: Location close to airport and restaurants.
We stayed 2 nights. The rooms were nicely made up both days. We would have liked some sort of complimentary breakfast, but understand the size of the facility made that difficult. My room key stopped working before I was ready to leave. All in all a fair experience.
